Stopped by this Pap Gino's located in the Masspike rest area. I placed an order for a coupe of slices and was told by the young man at the register it would be 10 minutes. I said ok went to the store & came back 15 minutes later I asked another employee, the short heavyset dirty blond lady that just came from the back making the pizzas if any of the pizza boxes that were at the bottom by the pizza warmer were two pepperoni slices by any chance. With the most nasty condescending attitude she replies, "no they do not have TWO-pepperoni-pizza-slices-in-them! They are EMPTY-boxes! We are waiting on pepperoni pizzas! It's gonna be about 10 minutes!" I thought that was uncalled for and told her the reason I asked was because the guy at the register said it would be 10 minutes, 15 minutes ago and now you're saying 10 minutes. She angrily retorted, "IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WAIT I CAN GIVE YOU A REFUND!!" I said you don't have to be so nasty and she went in the back. As I stood there for a few minutes wondering whether I wanted to financially support a business that treats their customers so reprehensibly I noticed some flies landing on the other pizza in the warmer and that sealed the deal for me and took that very rude woman up on her offer and got a refund. Anyhow who knows what was done to my pizza in the back. You have to be careful of people that hate their job, life or customers. They're capability to do anything to your food. Never again for me Papa Gino's. I'd steer clear from this place.
