Ordered online paid and picked time only for Tree House to say none left you’re out of luck. Charlton location. Poor customer service during pick up!!!

Been waiting years for a chance to make a visit here, and boy it did not disappoint. Have to give a ton of credit to ownership in building a true beer destination. You don't even have to go inside to appreciate the scale of things or the way they've cultivated their initial in-person image.

But of course, you're going inside. And it only gets better.

Imagine walking into a building the size of an aircraft hangar devoted to dozens and dozens of beer styles and varieties. Talk about a beer nerd's heaven.

One of the first things you'll notice when you walk inside are the signs for 'IPA's and Stouts' guiding you to one end of the building, and 'Lagers and Crispy Bois' to the other end. Just makes sense once you think about it - separate bars for separate categories, seeing as how busy they get.

Luckily I was there early enough during the day where I got to chat a bit with the staff and understand more about how the business grew with the popularity and quality of their product, along with their facility. The staff I chatted with, Sarah and Sam, were exceptionally friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I really appreciated their input and guidance with the beers I tried.

If you appreciate beer and are anywhere near Massachusetts, find an excuse to visit. Can't miss this place.

Really great space. You can enjoy a day without drinking if you wish. Great beer, nice hiking trails, incredible environment. Been here multiple times and the staff is always fantastic. Really enjoy the slower days when you can talk with the bartenders and ask questions about beer and try some samples about things I'm looking to purchase. Worth the drive if you can make it.

Not your average, Brewery. They have awesome beer along with a great facility and grounds to hang out. Live music, food, and fresh beer! It's worth the hour+ trip for me to get there.

Treehouse is an experience. This place is great although it's so big it feels a bit empty unless it's busy. The beers are ALL great; I'm a craft beer fanatic and haven't had anything here that wasn't at least 4/5 stars. Personally I love some of their imperial stouts and dark beers better than some of their super popular IPAs. I also enjoy the outdoor space with comfortable seating. On a nice day you can chill with a beer outdoors and all is well in the world. I wish they had more food truck options but that's not their fault. Lastly I'm not a fan of the 2 beer limit they impose but hey there are other breweries to go to.

I love Treehouse and have been customer regularly! Drinks, beers, setting, everything is wonderful! However, I’ve never been to a restaurant or bar that works so actively to ensure the bartenders make ZERO TIPS! The bartenders are friendly, so knowledgeable about every beer or drink they serve and they take the time to explain everything no matter how busy they are! They 100% deserve to be tipped! It’s awkward and even the employees don’t have an answer to this. I find it disturbing and wonder why the owners don’t allow tipping in Charlton specifically, the tip area when paying with your card is removed! No jars on the bar for cash tips either?
Other treehouse locations allow tipping! Who benefits from the no tipping rule? Nobody!!!! Shout out to all the Treehouse bartenders!!!!! You are fabulous and you deserve to be tipped! It’s a huge disservice to the bartenders and not employee friendly!

Timberline IPA is outstanding! Huge fan also of the fresh hop strata. Please keep making both!

I visit here alot, its one of the best, period. Awesome experience, great story, some of the worlds best beer. Would be 5 stars if the bar staff at the Charlton location didn't always come off as rude or annoyed. Some of the bar team is great, fantastic, but you have members of the current team who definitely come off rude, and that is sad to see in such a special place.

The benchmark for all breweries. Good luck.

I’ve always had a great time at Treehouse. I haven’t had a bad beer yet!

Went because of the hype.
Deeply regret. Unfathomablly large and possessing one of the least effective ways to order beer I've ever seen, being herded like cattle through a massive queue. Vibe is plastic, corporate, and bizarrely, intentionally basic; it has to be seen to be believed. Food trucks were great, may not be able to review the beer because of the literal 20 min line...and thats on a Sunday evening.

If you're basic and love waiting in line, this is your place.

Was packed but one of the best breweries I’ve been too.

Everybody said that you have to go to Tree House for the IPA's. I'm not a hop head, but I also wanted to see what the hype was about. Had the Julian, one of their flagship IPA's (can/should there be more than one flagship beer?) and it was nice. For the 2nd round we went to the Lager/Stout side. Sampled some nice ales, but bought a pint of their Rauchbier (a smoky lager, brewed with smoked malt). Very nicely done! Don't worry - if you're like me and aren't a fan of IPA's there are some other very tasty styles of beers to enjoy at Tree House. And it's a great venue for gathering with friends or making new acquaintances.
