Stopped by on a long road trip. I had to wait over 25 minutes for my food after ordering with only 3 other people in the diner. However, the food was great and the staff (I believe were the owners) were very friendly and genuinely welcoming.
Our first time trying this diner, we found out there was new owners that are running this establishment. We were greeted quickly and sat ourselves. We actually tried two of there items that they created. With two hot coffees we had the Buffalo chicken omelet with homefries and the crab cake Benedict. The Buffalo chicken was loaded with Buffalo chicken but was lacking flavor, the egg was cooked good though. The homefries weren't the best and I believe they were re cooked....
Finally tried the Diner in Charlton; the food was EXCELLENT & the waitress was great!! Service was fast & portion size was plenty enough!! They have quite a large menu selection for being a small diner. I'll definitely go back!
