My boyfriend and I have been dining at the Chelmsford, MA location for 5yr now. We frequent this location specifically for the quality of food presentation, taste, service, and safety concerns due to severe Celiac.
In our 5yr of coming here, we have never once had a cross contamination issue, whereas we have experienced such ilk at other 110 Grill locations. We only go to this location, as others have proved they did not hold sincere consideration of the health detriments cross contamination can cause. Another reason we frequent this location is because the atmosphere is very laid back and welcoming. The staff are professional, personable, and are intent on accomodating all of our specific food allergies. The General Manager, Kim, is exceptionally friendly & welcoming, and pays attention to every little detail of each order made. A staff member worth mentioning for her attention to detail, charisma, and over-all exceptional service is Kathy. She has served us multiple times throughout the years and we always look forward to being seated at the bar with her. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking to dine out that has Celiac. This is the only 110 Grill I will ever trust or attend altogether. We are happy to enjoy the food, but also the family-like vibe the staff brings to their customers.

As a “frequent flyer” I’m here 1-2 times a week with friends. The food is great and the bartenders are phenomenal. On the rare occasion there is a problem with my order, they will go back to the kitchen and make sure it’s corrected. I’ve never left here hungry. On Thursdays, come listen to Phil play acoustic guitar! The music is perfect, not too loud and not too quiet.

Lunch was a disappointment. Ordered steak and cheeses and both had minimal shaved steak in them. Told the waitress who was nice and friendly but still charged $18 each. Chuck

Had a bad experience tonight, 6/1. My family and I have been to other 110 grill's and this one did not match what I've come to know. We sat in a booth near the kitchen and there was yelling from multiple staff. This was super unprofessional and ruined the night. The food wasn't as good as the Hudson location and it was slow even though it wasn't very crowded.... all in all I'm disappointed with this location. Management needs to do better.

Kids menu absolutely trash quality and not even worth a penny. $15 salmon dish came with a tiny piece of filet which is smaller than freakin side dish mashed potato. Restaurant response is they can’t do nothing about it and ridiculously irresponsible. Total joke it is.

Nice place and staff. Bartender was very friendly and outgoing. Great recommendations for food and drinks. Had the Ahi Tuna Cesar salad and it was delicious. Drinks were good as well.

My 12 year old daughter asked for a kids menu, and got asked how old she was. I feel that is very disrespectful and a personal question that no one should be asked. What is the big deal if a 13 year old wants a kids meal, I feel that it was a very rude question. Thank you.
I always love 110 grill as a celiac, they do an amazing job with having options and keeping me safe.
We ate here last week and had the most wonderful server Andrea. She was on top of things the whole time, made sure we got chips with our app after they were forgotten, gave us great suggestions and was just a delight to converse with.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and inviting. We had a 10 month old in our arms and Andrea, our waitress, kept coming over and checking on us and befriended my grandson. She went above and beyond. What a gem and an amazing waitress. Did I mention the food was delicious as well? We had a variety of meals and everything was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back and we will ask for Andrea.

I’ve had better steaks elsewhere. The service was okay, but the staff could improve on follow-up. Given a choice between this and another restaurant, I’d likely choose the other. I might consider returning after a few months, but if both the food and service remain the same, it will probably be my last resort.
