Very nice patio setting. Very friendly service. Although the menu was limited, the food was very good!

Ordered two 8 oz sirloins , a classic burger and asked for all three to be well done , only one 8oz sirloin was well done the other two where medium rare basically rare though. Either the cheese and or the burger it self also had a really awful smell to it . The service was fast but extremely inaccurate . The server was very polite and had great customer service skills, only good part about our experience.

Horrible!!!! There is always an issue with the Drum Hill Applebee’s. I ordered a classic sampler and a raspberry lemonade. Never received the raspberry lemonade, the delivery driver was told it wasn’t ordered...the classic sampler was incomplete, messy, and cold. I didn’t receive the chips and spinach dip, a container was put on top of the quesadilla and all the filling was all over the place. When I called to complain they offered to email a gift card BUT it would take 5 days to receive the email. Smdh WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DRUN HILL AGAIN!!!!!!

Service was excellent and food ok. They charged the 2 of us for the extra cup of tea and even the milk to put in the tea! Surprised they didn't charge us for the sugar and salt! Napkins!

I got the same thing I always get and it was not at all made the same. I ended up throwing it away because it tasted so off. Huge disappointment. The employee at curbside pickup was friendly and quick in delivering the order to the car.

Okay so I've been to many restaurants locally.... I ordered a steak plate with shrimp, broccoli, loaded potatoes etc. I have had a similar plate at other local places around the area that had similar . Would I go there again? NO! This is a $20 plus plate. First of all, I never got any bread and butter with my meal even when I asked for it. ( was told that they did not have any by the waitress?).. broccoli and loaded potatoes were my two side options. I got three little Spears of broccoli( and I mean little!) Loaded mashed potatoes was fine but tiny portion once again. The meat was cooked perfectly but it was only 8 oz( that was the largest they had for a regular grown Man?????). I also inquired about gravy and found out that this place does not even make gravy for your mashed potatoes that's why I was forced to get the loaded to give some extra taste to my mash potatoes. What restaurant doesn't have gravy for mashed potatoes? ( I was told that no Applebees does make gravy for mashed potatoes really? ). Bottom line is I have eaten at other places and the portion for the same price was at least double the size. In my opinion they should just call this the " Applebees for kids "... ( their plates are all small portions as if they are trying to put you on a diet ). The whole meal only took me 5 minutes to eat no rushing here either.... meat tasted good I won't deny that but I will never return to this place not worth my money. Oh, I gave an extra star because the waitress was very nice. Come to think of it, as I write this review, I am seriously still hungry only weigh 180lbs 6ft tall. Fyi, I did see a couple of reviewers saying great portions???.. they must be very small people lol.

Great portions but when it was served to us, the fish and veggies were a bit cold and the shrimp was overdone. My mom ordered a salad with grilled chicken. She got her salad but not the grilled chicken so when we said something, the manager was nice to go out of his way to come over to us and apologize. Not only that but he made her an entree size to take with us. Definitely will be back!

I want to start off by saying that when we actually are given food here, the food is great! It's Applebee's, everybody loves Applebee's food! But the service... oh boy. I don't usually like being this critical about things, but I can't help it here!
Have to say I eat here a few times a month well worth it I get the 2 for 20 meal I get a appetizer and then get my steak and vegetable .meal best part you just pull up out front and they bring it out to you ..you never even have to get out of your car

If I could give a negative star I would. It took our waiter over 10 minutes to even come over and acknowledge us and when he did he forgot to bring over my water. I didn't want to be petty so I must ignored it. I ordered a burger and said I would like it cooked well done but not burnt. If there was a little pink that was fine just not still mooing. Our food came out and the first couple bites didn't seem bad but the lettuce was wilted and the burger... Oh the burger. It was still mooing and just looked like they left it on the grill long enough to cook the outside. The problem is I couldn't tell our waiter because he was no where to be found. I happened to glance back and he was on his phone by the bathrooms. This infuriated me and not only did I have to ask another waiter to get ours because we were ready for the bill but he hadn't come back to ask or bring another refill. Very disappointed in this visit to Applebee's and will not be returning to this location!!

The staff here is polite and friendly, and the service is quick, even though it was busy. The food is pretty standard for chain-casual, but overall this is a good location to stop, especially later in the evening.

For the love of God. Hire more servers. All you can eat, isn't all you can eat when you have to wait 20 minutes for a waiter. I still tipped well cause it's not the dudes fault. He had 8 tables. Hire his friends or something.
