We hadn't been to a Bertucci in a long time because the one near us closed. This location was on our way so we thought we would try it. My old favorite sausage sandwich was not on the menu so I had a polpette (meatball) sandwich which was very good. My wife had a chicken sandwich which she enjoyed as well. Both meals came with salad and rolls. Salads were larger than expected and delicious. We loved the rolls especially with the seasoned olive oil. Service at this location was excellent.

Service is very slow. Waiter is not friendly.

The chicken piccata is good.
The Arugula salad is just arugula.
The starter bread with olive oil is ok, I remember it being much better.

A basic Italian affair.

Ordered food online, website indicated it would be 30 minutes. I showed right up at the 7:00 p.m. and waited around for another 20 minutes, while the pizza got cold. Apparently the holdup was getting the potatoes cooked for my wife's plate. Extremely poor time management and I don't think I'm giving bertucci's a chance again. If I do, I'll call up my order and ask for an accurate time. Maybe that will improve them

Our family visited the Bertucci's in Chelmsford, MA. I cannot comment on the food as we were never served or even spoken to after sitting for over twenty minutes. I took our grandchild to the restroom. It was filthy! Garbage cans and women's hygiene containers overflowed. The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned from the night before. The soap containers were all empty which makes me wonder how the staff washes their hands. We left shortly after. DISGUSTING!

Great service complimentary salad which I would have paid for it was so good! Rolls always delicious and pizza came quickly and luscious. I will return.

There were 5 of us, they saw us waiting to be served, looked at us and didn't pay any attention. I really wanted to try the food there but now I will never go back to that place. There were several empty tables but they literally didn't give a damn about us!!!!

If did 1 star but wanted 0. Couldn’t even taste the food, we stand there waiting for 10 MIN without anyone even come in to say something. I had to go there ask them if we could get seated. And if you think “they were probably short staffed” WRONG!!!! There were 4 staff members at the front, without any customers or phones ringing, just staying there looking to out faces!!! Really unfortunate, we were really excited to try bertuccis for the first time. You guys lost 5 customers today.
