Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

I have nothing but extremely positive things to say about this Bertucci’s location. First, I want to start off by saying how delicious the food was. From the fresh rolls (literally), to the perfectly cooked chicken parm, to the delicious chicken piccata, and to the fresh salads with the best dressing!

Most importantly, the service was absolutely amazing. The manager, Candace was so welcoming. You can tell how much she cares about her staff as well. Our server, Chloe was such a delight. She was super friendly, accommodating, and gave us great recommendations on what to get. The whole staff truly seemed to enjoy what they’re doing and seemed to all work so well together. I highly recommend dining here! We also got a delicious cheese pizza to go!

I love their pizza and I always have the Verde but I ordered last bight through Uber Eats and it was very disappointing. They send me a Verde Pizza with almost NO Prosciutto and Cheese but doubled Spinach also extremely salty. Not sure if I’ll keep ordering from this location.

Had a great experience at Bertucci’s in Chelmsford! Candace did a wonderful job handling a very busy Saturday night crowd — she stayed attentive, friendly, and on top of everything despite how packed it was. The customer service really stood out. We ordered two large pizzas, and the food was delicious and came out just right. Very pleased overall and will definitely be back!

Not crowded at all. The warm bread was just out of the oven. We had the fettuccine Alfredo and baked chicken frizini (sp). The meals were good with the portion sizes very generous. They were out of seasonal lager?? Atmosphere Could have been more festive for NYE

We went there for dinner and ordered the margarita pizza.it was basically tomatoe sauce with very little mozzarella on it .pizza was horrible and we each had a draft beer was flat and not good. Wouldn't rush back

Ordered pizza and wings pick up for 6:20.
Arrived at 6:20.
Pizza and wings ready, waiting on rolls.
20 minutes later rolls came out.
Arrived home, less than 5 minutes away.
Needless to say cold pizza and cold wings.
Very disappointing.

We were at Bertuccis last night and had the most amazing wait staff, delicious food
I had the chicken pacatta and my husband had chicken parm! It was a large portion and very delicious! Salad and bread also delicious!! We haven’t been in years but we will surely be back soon!! Thank you for a great dinner before our show! ❤️

I’m already having a disaster day. I messed up sugar cookies because I apparently don’t know what salt is, so now I’m behind, stressed, and also waiting on hold for the IRS like it’s a theme park ride.

I’m too fed up to cook, so we order Bertucci’s. DoorDash brings HALF the food. I call the restaurant, they say try to call DoorDash. DoorDash says “we credited you,” code for you’re still hungry, good luck. So I drive over to pick it up myself.

The kid at Bertucci’s is super nice, remakes the missing pizza. I walk outside, and the door uppercuts the box like it owes it money. Pizza goes FLYING. I swore like I was getting audited by the universe. A stranger asks, “You okay?” and the answer was absolutely, “Nope.”

I walk back in with my ruined pizza, and the kid looks at me like I survived a war. I ask if I can pay for another one. He refuses. So I tipped him $20 because therapy isn’t in his job description.

10/10 pizza. 100/10 for the kid who saved my sanity. Zero stars to the door.

Would order again. Should not be allowed to hold anything.
