Great service complimentary salad which I would have paid for it was so good! Rolls always delicious and pizza came quickly and luscious. I will return.

There were 5 of us, they saw us waiting to be served, looked at us and didn't pay any attention. I really wanted to try the food there but now I will never go back to that place. There were several empty tables but they literally didn't give a damn about us!!!!

If did 1 star but wanted 0. Couldn’t even taste the food, we stand there waiting for 10 MIN without anyone even come in to say something. I had to go there ask them if we could get seated. And if you think “they were probably short staffed” WRONG!!!! There were 4 staff members at the front, without any customers or phones ringing, just staying there looking to out faces!!! Really unfortunate, we were really excited to try bertuccis for the first time. You guys lost 5 customers today.

Unacceptable!!!!me and my husband just order from Uber eats the spinach & artisan dip just to get all old & Moldy bread. Don’t understand just how they missed it!!! The owner should see the picture.

Worst bertucci ever. Just gave plain olive oil for the roll. Chicken broccoli pizza barely had both.

Searching for delectable Italian cuisine in Lowell, we stumbled upon Bertucci’s. The welcoming ambiance immediately put us at ease.

While the service was top-notch, the food left us with mixed emotions. The fried cheese tantalized our taste buds, but the lukewarm meatballs were a disappointment.

The eggplant parmigiana, a staple I order at every new Italian restaurant, stunned me with its generous portion size. However, the eggplant was worryingly undercooked, and the spaghetti accompanying it lacked flavor and texture.

To our surprise, the chicken parmigiana and smoked salmon received rave reviews from our companions. Perhaps our experience was an anomaly, but the undercooked eggplant and bland spaghetti left us questioning our decision.

With a few minor adjustments, Bertucci’s has the potential to deliver exceptional Italian cuisine. For now, my recommendation remains cautious.

Waitress served brocolli after wiping Ricotta cheese off from a dish that was for my allergy sensitive child and lied to us that it was just garlic. Thankfully we caught it before she ingested a significant amount but staff and waitress were not apologetic. This reflects the lack of training that Bertuccis puts their staff through. Never setting foot in another one again.
