Untrained/poorly trained service, dirty and dusty inside, and high prices for largely mediocre food. Just do yourself a favor and go/order from somewhere else.

Last time i was here, i ordered a green pepper only pizza, it came out with red and green peppers i said to the waitress very nicely oh just green peppers only, she kindly had it re made and everything was awesome... i come back here tonight and again requested green peppers only i said it a few times to the server so they didn't make the same mistake... the pizza comes out with both green and red and i said to her oh just green peppers please, she responds "oh well my manager said we don't do it like that" im confused why the waitress wouldn't check in with us and let us know that her manager said that. we don't do only green peppers and i said well last time this happened too, and explained the situation to her, she took it back to the man behind the counter that makes the pizza, and she mocked me rudely as she explained to him what happened, he then argues back at her saying he can't do that or they don't do that, she comes back over to our table and says so we can do it this time but never again, i'm just confused as to why they won't tell me the first time they don't do that. i'm not sure the big deal of putting red or green only peppers on a pizza is! but most likely will not be back ! In addition when making the new pizza the man behind the counter made the pizza and put the wrong topping in the whole pizza... i'm speechless.

Sharmin is the sweetest! She made sure my friend and I were always taken care of and that the meals were good! Her service was incredible! I definitely recommend asking for her as your waiter!

Surprised and disappointed to the point we left after waiting for 65 minutes for a pizza that never came. Our wait person kept telling us the kitchen was swamped with to go and take out orders and was ignoring the seated guests. Others seated around us equally disgusted with the lack of service. This isn't the first time we were treated this way at this location, but it is the last I assure you.Parking: When the store is busy, parking is a problem.

Bertucci's continues. It's downhill slide. I went there yesterday evening, I had what they claimed to be was a Caesar salad. Dressing was thin and flavor. The croutons appeared to be and tasted like they were out of a box. A glass of Pinot Noir, which also probably came from a box came with a hefty price tag of $16.75. I want a positive note, the service was good, but then the restaurant was not very busy.
