My wife & I hired Biancos Catering to provide food & refreshments for our daughter's wedding shower a couple of weeks ago. We chose the Cold Luncheon, which included assorted wraps & sandwiches, salad, chips, coffee & desserts. The service and the food was exceptional. The wraps, which consisted of turkey & cheese, chicken salad, & vegetables were robust & full. All of the food, including the salad was fresh & crisp. My wife loves the balsam vinaigrette dressing. She claims it is superior to any supermarket brand. Thank you to Patrick and his staff for a memorable experience. We would definitely contract you again!

Bianco’s Catering has been donating their time, expertise, equipment, and services for over 14 years to help us put on multiple charity events every year. Without them we could never raise the much needed funds to help children’s medical research, cancer research, disabled individuals, and veteran’s charities that we have. After attending a wedding reception they catered in 2022 and enjoying the food, my wife and I chose Bianco's to cater our own wedding reception this past weekend. From our very first conversation, Patrick made the process really easy, walking me through several options and making suggestions based on our tastes and budget. This was already a MUCH easier conversation than some other caterers we'd approached that had made us feel like we had to have all the answers before talking to them. A small deposit was all we needed to lock in the date, and Patrick reached out as the day approached to get a final headcount and firm up our total, which was super reasonable even with gratuity included.On the day of our event, the staff came in and introduced themselves, walked through the plan, and got to preparing (they were super familiar with the venue — the Chelmsford Elks, which I also would recommend for anyone looking for a reasonably-priced reception venue). They really went above and beyond when our wedding party's photo session was running long — we thought we'd have photos done before the shindig got underway, but that didn't happen. One of Bianco's staff, Heather, tracked us down out behind the pavilion with hors d'oeuvres (delicious beef satay!) to make sure we didn't miss out — really kind of her!!I'd really recommend Bianco's — there are enough things to stress about when putting together a wedding, and it was really great to have our catering experience be so stress-free.

Wow, what a surprise special little place. First I want to see their hospitality and their customer service is on point as to they do not serve food in there they're just a catering company but yet I had the most amazing tomato soup it was bomb like it was seasoned. And they made me a really good grilled cheese sandwich I went in there was like listen I'm hungry and they fed me. On top of that I got that bullionaise sauce. Nice and Hardy I like my sauce a little bit sweet so I did add a little bit of sugar and red pepper flakes but that was all I did otherwise the sauce is amazing. Now let's get to the banger part of this okay I purchased teriyaki steak tips and when I tell you I cook them they were the most tender piece of me I ever had if you had dentures you would be able to eat this steak that's how tender it was. And they also let me use the bathroom as I am a driver there's really not many places you can go to the bathroom and when I reach the area that they're in I'm going for my longest run and they let me use the bathroom so I greatly appreciate them and I told them they should open up a little shop because that was a really good quick bite to eat.
Some of the best catered food we ever ordered. Chicken broc alfredo is as good as moms and the steak tips are to die for.

My wedding was on 6/19/21 and I’m still mad about how terrible the service and the food quality were. It still kept me up at night :(To them it’s all about business and how much extra profit that they can make.
