Food was a 10, 👍 but staff needs to be more friendly

Well actually ordered here by mistake meant to order from brick house Dracut on DoorDash. Found a hair in my pizza so after one slice tossed it out either way pizza had no flavor. When i realized I ordered from here started reading all the bad reviews i almost knew what to expect

My family and I have been once a week customers for almost 20 years. Last night I ordered a large cheese and small brocoili and onion pizza. The cheese was fine but the veggie pizza was literally a puddle of water. Half of it had no cheese because ofit.

Now, because mistakes happen I called and asked for a new one (kindly). He put me on hold and then the manager/owner got on the phone and told me that veggie pizza can be wet.

No new pizza, no refund, no apology. Customer service is non exisitent.

I would give zero stars if I could. Came in here today after passing by a million times. Decided to order a couple of pizzas to bring home and sat to wait. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. The guys in the shop were joking around and being loud as they should it's a pizza place on a Sunday afternoon, it should be fun.

But of course it had to go too far. First, I heard a warning from one to another that there were customers in the building and to be careful. Then, a rape joke. And a joke about being triggered.

I would've asked for my money back but I didn't want to deal with it. I went to the car and let my husband get the pizzas. We won't be back.

Shame on you.

Hey Brick House Pizza? I'm gonna need you to do me a little favor and just stay open forever, okay? I'm physically, mentally, spiritually addicted to the pita bread and if you ever go out of business I will pass away shortly afterward, just like my nona did after my pampy had his third heart attack and kicked the bucket. Thank you!

Good food, terrible service. This was my second time picking up food I ordered & the food was never made because all the employees were too busy talking & forgot to make order. This is twice in three months.

Every time I pick up a pepper and onion(small) the price is different, had a $2 coupon and charged me the same price and said price went up $2.

Pretty sad salad for 20$ although the steak tips were flavorful there were only about 5 of them (picture is after they were cut up)

We never had a problem here but they were never busy as they were. Our pizzas literally hardly had any cheese in them our sandwiches was more bread than anything and usually there pretty good with fillings and our fries and onion rings were so soggy they went straight in the trash. Like I said maybe an off day that day because any other time everything we get is always amazing.

They are losing so much business because they never answer the phone, go elsewhere
