I read the reviews before coming here and I read a few good ones and then I always immediately go to the bad reviews just to see and with all the bad reviews I almost skipped it, but I’m glad I didn’t because the food was amazing. Tasty fresh, and the man working behind the counter was very nice. He even offered me one of their juices for free and I got the cucumber mint lime and it’s really tasty. I will definitely be going back there!

Jairo was super quick with my order and his customer service was 10/10.Basically walked in and out ! He was quick and respectful! i usually go to NA location but chelmsford staff is so great i'll be coming here as well! The store was also very clean and everything was stocked to a T !

I ordered food via door dash ,Marked off of items weren’t available to contact me. They gave me a bowl of hard rice from like a bottom of pan. No cheese no sauce. By the time I got my food it was closed or at least they weren’t answering the phone to be fixed. I ended up tossing it cuz who wants a dry bowl thanks.

One order my bowl was good, but they forgot my fiery broccoli and my side pita. The cucumber mint drink was also good.
Another one of my orders the brown rice wasn’t cooked at all.. rock hard. But they refunded me which was nice and necessary.
Update : this cava isn’t good. they gave me a brown avocado and also forgot my fiery broccoli and corn. They always forget something also unprofessional as heck workers
