A huge step up for this Chipotle. Appears to be a new manager and staff. ALL the food was fresh and well-stocked, for the first time ever! Excellent service and pleasant employees. I've been going here since the location opened and this is by far the best service and food quality.

They didn’t address major allergy issues with the food. And I tried to call the store for 2 hours. No one answered and there wasn’t a single way to even leave a message to have it addressed even later on.

Sadly, I didn’t receive the proper customer courtesy experience.Employees on line speaking to each-other disrespectfully, cashier shoving my bag of food towards me and assisting other customers while I was still in front of her putting my change away. I hope nobody else has to go through this experience like I did today.

I was given the wrong order and didn't realize it until I got home to eat it. I brought the food back thinking I would get the food replaced with the correct order for no extra charge. That did not happen and I was charged an extra 10 dollars for the correct order. The employee's were less than pleasant during this ordeal and I definitely will not be returning to this location and possibly others as well.

Mistakes happen, but when you have already had one order completely screwed up, or as I suspect my burrito was mixed up with someone else's because the only correct ingredient was the rice, I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for an assurance that the order was made correctly after driving 20 minutes for the second time in an evening.
The staff not only didn't care in the slightest, they openly laughed at me and mocked me for my wasted time, discomfort of biting into ingredients that made me gag, and time lost that was supposed to be time home with my kids.
I will be taking my business and the tip I always add to the order to other Chipotle's in the area, even if it means further drive, the condescending and unprofessional behavior of the drum hill staff is a deal breaker for me.
Also they get the oder wrong at this location more often than the billerica, westford or nashua locations. And I've never had staff care so little and be so openly mocking of a customer at any of the other locations. Anyone can make a mistake, and anyone in the service industry deserves to be treated with dignity, too bad the staff here doesn't feel that way about how they treat customers.

This is one of the worst Chipotle locations in all of Massachusetts—actually, in all of New England. The staff here consistently responds with attitude, as if they’re donating the food. The vegetables are almost always out, and to whoever the manager is: vegetables are a key part of the bowl—you can’t just say, "We’re out" every time. On top of that, they frequently run out of spoons, forks, and even napkins, and customers have to notify them that supplies are empty.

This is one of if not the the worst chipotle locations I’ve been to. They never have veggies and I found a hair in my food. I live by the Nashua Daniel Webster Highway location. I gave it one more shot tonight but I do not think I will be returning here. Service is shockingly bad and place is just a mess and nothing stocked.

Shame on whoever put this together and send it out. This place should be closed down. The 2 bowls came looking like frozen dog crap.. cold, smell and looking ugly. Doesn't have half of what I ordered in the bowl. Also missing the chips and queso. Ordered through UberEats and the rep said their guidelines are not to control the temperature of the food and dont care if it's edible. They are useless. I'm out my money and food are in the trash.
