I wish 0 stars. DO NOT order food from this Chipotle. This store has the worst customer service. No one speaks English; you will feel like the Chelmsford store is located in Mexico. I ordered a Veggie Burrito Bowl with brown rice. After reaching home, I tasted a little and noticed the brown rice was not cooked well; it felt like I was eating raw rice. I immediately tried to call the store, but no one answered the phone. I drove back to the restaurant and showed the bowl to the employees. Initially, they tried to tell me it was cooked well. After I told them multiple times to touch the rice, they put on gloves, touched it, and realized it wasn't cooked well. They then called the store manager. She was even worse than the employees. She didn't know English and spoke to her employees in another language. The store manager also acted like everything was fine for a while. Later, when we asked her to touch it, she put on gloves, touched the rice, and then told her employees that it wasn't cooked well and to provide a replacement. It was such a mess.
Attention Veggie Lovers: Chipotle employees and chefs are using the same gloves, pans, and utensils in the kitchen to fry vegetables, chicken, and meat. I don't like all items being fried in the same pans. Especially for vegetarians, they should use separate pans and utensils.

I went in to get a burrito bowl but they gave a very very small amount of chicken and rice and less than a spoonful and then when i said can you add a bit more because thats not a standard amount they usually give to me ! I am a regular customer but sadly I wont be coming here anymore. The person was rude and when I asked can I speak with the manager she said she was the manager here! So I just left!

Honestly I am not the person to leave bad reviews but today I go to this chipotle which is usually good. I get chicken and the lady gives me not even an ounce then I ask for a little more and proceeds to give me another half ounce of chicken. Also nobody spoke English in there so I couldn’t even communicate what I wanted. They proceeded to charge me 22 by adding extra guac when I didn’t even get extra guac.

Every time I go to this restaurant, the portions get smaller. The amount of meat they serve now is honestly ridiculous—less meat, less sour cream, less cheese, less everything. And to make things worse, the staff was incredibly rude today. I love Chipotle, but unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

I was there today to get my veggie bowl. I had server name Anna giving me an attitude for just asking for changing the gloves. She asked me why you asking me to change the gloves, I told as I am vegetarian and the previous order she had with meat in it to avoid contamination, I asked her to remove her gloves. She rolled her eyes at me while changing the gloves and gave me attitude. She put wide and beans in bowl and slide it in station to next guy as if she is throwing it. She better be taught how to give customer service with smile and positive attitude. Worst customer service experience at Chelmsford, drum hill location.
