Quality is very hit or miss, you can tell they don't have any management that cares, likely the type that blames lazy workers. Perhaps, but you hired them, and you mange them, you're responsible as the boss.
I do give some points though being one of the very few places that doesn't automatically ask you for tips on carry out orders, they don't even give the option to leave one. I wish more places were like that.
I know some will take that to be a contradiction, giving negative feedback about service while also praising lack of tips, but lets be real. Tips don't give better service and never has, all you need to do is travel internationally to see for yourself. Or go order Pizza Hut, they ask for tips if you pay online and their service is literally no different. And yes, I've walked in their shoes and worked fast food for 2.5 years, I still don't think they deserve, or need, tips.

Ordered pizza but delivery never came. Tracking simply shows order complete and their phone call is just robot.

I tried to order online but couldn’t so I called ordered and they said the order back so I know it was right. I received the order it was wrong an hour later they wanted the food back to take care of it. I ordered two Pizzas which were terrible a sub which was wrong and a salad that was wrong. They tried to tell me that’s what I ordered through the app when I mentioned it was over the phone she told me that’s what I ordered. I said no. Anyway they were no help and wouldn’t do anything to fix it. Dissappointed

This location is fast and accurate. Bring that, Domino's is low-key a great choice for big families and parties. We already like the pizza but if you watch those coupons you can get a pile of pizza (and sides) for a great price (especially if you can carry-out). Also join the loyalty program and get free stuff. Pulled this out the last two times we had a bunch of people/kids at the house; fed two families, two times, for less than a hundred total.

They got 3.2 rating for a good reason!!!… I get it it’s Dominos, quick, fast, easy. But damm, I didn’t expect them to be that cheap with their pizzas too.. I swear to you, my pizza had less than 10 chicken pieces. And about the bacon let’s not even talk about that…let me just say that it had like 10 pieces too😭Don’t go to this dominos. Even the Lowell dominos is better

I ordered my food at 610 pm, said it was departing for delivery at 633 pm, it’s 810 I still don’t have it and the store isn’t picking up their phones. This is the worst service I’ve ever gotten anywhere. If it’s out for delivery at 633 and it’s 810 imagine how cold the food is just for them to whack me 50 dollars and a tip. Unreal. Never order from this location.

The food is fabulous. The cheesy breads are tender and cooked to perfection. So far my orders have been spot on. This location on 118 chelmsford st in chelmsford is the only one for me now. Anyone not sure about Domino's from their personal history should try this shop.
Do not go here, go 1 minute up Chelmsford St to Lowell Domino's. This place will over charge you and mess up your order. Plus make you wait a hour for your messed up food. Horrible service. Would not recommend.

Buyer Beware--do not eat here. Worst customer service and the owner does not care about you at all. I got two sandwiches delivered last night--one was moldy, one was not. I called and said something and the manager had the audacity to say, AND I QUOTE "Not my problem". Unbelievable!

DO NOT EAT HERE! I just got a buffalo chicken sandwich at 12:44, I took a bite out of it and there was mold on the bottom of the bread. I called and the manager said it is not from there. He can't help me or do anything since it already left his store. He cannot be sure the mold didn't come from another place--is he serious??? After writing this, I am calling the proper people to get this place shut down. I should have read the comments prior to ordering but I didn't ever think a company would blame their customer for moldy food they just delivered! Beyond angry
