Try Cleaning

It’s unbelievable. I will never come back here again.
I asked for a daydream drink
With four cubes of ice
They told me they have to charge me double because I’m getting the drink more
concentrated
Then I told him just do normal ice
And they filled out the cup with 3/4 of ice
Question how much liquid I got?
That’s illegal
So watch out
If you ask for less ice on your drink, they’re gonna charge you double

I don't know their name, but the worker with the septum ring was very sweet. I saw them bring out a sample of a refresher someone who is interested but not sure if they wanted to buy it. Really good customer service.

As a former Dunkin employee this is the worst Dunkin I have EVER been too. The girl on the headset was extremely rude to start off with, I ordered a matcha w cold foam and I was handed the worst matcha I’ve ever seen I couldn’t even drink it. It was extremely clear to me that she added the milk and then just put the scoops of Matcha and didn’t even mix it at all not even how a latte is supposed to be made.. also got no cold foam lid just a regular lid with cold foam, spilling all off the top and to add to it she didn’t even give me a straw.

Extremely disappointed. If donuts are not available there should be no option to choose it in person in the Kiosk. I got my daughter to place the order and brought her specifically for that. After placing order and waiting in person for 12 min they mention it's not available. Really frustrated. Not even the refreshers were available. So the entire order was not fulfilled.

The Manager who came to address and refund there didn't seem to be a sense of disappointment and courtesy too. The staff was much better in conveying than Manager which is hilarious.

I will never step into that location after such an experience. The amount in the bill $16.04 did not reflect in the amount that was refunded on my card back as that was what was communicated that it's ringing $15 something . Not sure what is the issue is about.

However overall experience would give a Zero but unfortunately I do not have that option to choose. Waste of time.

They never have donuts on stock after 3 pm.
When i finish my work and go there for coffee and pick some donuts for my kids before they come back from school i never get it.

Rude workers in there. I go in to ask for the restroom, as I see there’s mop buckets blocking the entrance for the male and female restroom doors, and when I asked, they simply ignored me. Until I’d asked again, just so they can say someone’s cleaning it yet the female bathroom door is open and nobody was in “cleaning” then. So rude, so dismissive, they need to do better!
