Extremely disappointed. If donuts are not available there should be no option to choose it in person in the Kiosk. I got my daughter to place the order and brought her specifically for that. After placing order and waiting in person for 12 min they mention it's not available. Really frustrated. Not even the refreshers were available. So the entire order was not fulfilled.

The Manager who came to address and refund there didn't seem to be a sense of disappointment and courtesy too. The staff was much better in conveying than Manager which is hilarious.

I will never step into that location after such an experience. The amount in the bill $16.04 did not reflect in the amount that was refunded on my card back as that was what was communicated that it's ringing $15 something . Not sure what is the issue is about.

However overall experience would give a Zero but unfortunately I do not have that option to choose. Waste of time.

They never have donuts on stock after 3 pm.
When i finish my work and go there for coffee and pick some donuts for my kids before they come back from school i never get it.

Rude workers in there. I go in to ask for the restroom, as I see there’s mop buckets blocking the entrance for the male and female restroom doors, and when I asked, they simply ignored me. Until I’d asked again, just so they can say someone’s cleaning it yet the female bathroom door is open and nobody was in “cleaning” then. So rude, so dismissive, they need to do better!

Would be a five-star all-around if it wasn't always packed and the customer service and the employees general atmosphere, is this better? There's a few good people that work there that try the hardest and it's obvious to tell when which ones they are. But for the most part you still get quality food if it's available cuz it is a very busy place. But the attitude that you kind of can sense at the drive-thru throws you off a little bit could be just me. But I've been going for many years now as it was the only drive-thru in the immediate area for myself

The reason I gave them a 3 star is because I asked for 1 ice cube in my coffee because it was too hot and I had to pay $.10… I kid you not. It wasn’t for a couple of pieces of ice. It was for just 1 piece of ice. I wish I took a picture of the screen.

Not sure if all dunkin’ Donuts are charging but make sure you ask before you get 1 ice cube
