They never have donuts on stock after 3 pm. When i finish my work and go there for coffee and pick some donuts for my kids before they come back from school i never get it.

Rude workers in there. I go in to ask for the restroom, as I see there’s mop buckets blocking the entrance for the male and female restroom doors, and when I asked, they simply ignored me. Until I’d asked again, just so they can say someone’s cleaning it yet the female bathroom door is open and nobody was in “cleaning” then. So rude, so dismissive, they need to do better!

Would be a five-star all-around if it wasn't always packed and the customer service and the employees general atmosphere, is this better? There's a few good people that work there that try the hardest and it's obvious to tell when which ones they are. But for the most part you still get quality food if it's available cuz it is a very busy place. But the attitude that you kind of can sense at the drive-thru throws you off a little bit could be just me. But I've been going for many years now as it was the only drive-thru in the immediate area for myself

The reason I gave them a 3 star is because I asked for 1 ice cube in my coffee because it was too hot and I had to pay $.10… I kid you not. It wasn’t for a couple of pieces of ice. It was for just 1 piece of ice. I wish I took a picture of the screen.
Not sure if all dunkin’ Donuts are charging but make sure you ask before you get 1 ice cube

Horrible, stole my money on my birthday. They will steal your money by not giving you what you order and not refunding and roll their eyes while they do so. They turn the ovens and espresso machines off over an hour before close. I have been waiting almost a month for either the manager or franchise owner to contact me regarding this issue. I have a signed receipt from an employee and am owed 20 dollars. And have made NUMEROUS attempts to fix this. I honestly have no idea what to do. Hope you're happy that was my birthday present.
This place is atrocious. The workers are rude as hell. Twice now, I’ve pulled up to the drive thru and just been greeted with a “yeah?” There’s no courtesy. And the amount of times they’ve royally screwed up my orders is insane and honestly I’ve been stupid to give them so many chances. Won’t be back. I suggest if other people are experiencing the same issues, go elsewhere. It’s not worth keeping this place going in the state it’s in now.

You go in to place your order, and you have to wait. They are all working 4-5 people in the front preparing orders they know that there is a line forming see people coming in and yet ignore you...manager is aware but continues to ignore the situation....had to go up and ask if anyone is working the front....placed my order never got filled..had to ask if order was ready. People coming in after me were getting their orders.... the woman that works the front is unorganized and doesn't seem to follow the orders correctly....this happens every time I go in..... poor customer service....the dunkin' Donuts on Drum Hill in chelmsford ma is excellent ....they are organized and work as a team...the manager that's in charge does an excellent job !!!
