I go to Dunkin every day, usually multiple times a day. I visit a multitude of different locations and generally speaking get consistently good service. This location is the outlier. I truly try to avoid it if possible, but sometimes take the risk and always end up regretting it. The level of service and how quickly you’re attended to is far and away the worse I’ve encountered at a Dunkin or any fast food establishment for that matter. Deserves 0 stars.

I give it less than one star! Placed mobile order to be ready for 6:05 AM. Arrived on time only to find at least 6 other people waiting for their mobile orders. The woman behind the counter asked for help One worker clearly announced that she is there only making breakfast sandwiches. The other worker at the drive up window was just standing there checking out her pointy blue fingernails and refused to help out. This then made the woman scream that she is "all done" and stomped off to the back room. The guy waiting on walk in customers was doing his best to keep up. There were orders made just sitting there. People began reaching over the counter to take what was there. Still hearing the woman yelling from the back room and the girl at the window dropping the F bomb. 10 minutes went by and eventually the guy waa able to make my coffee.WHAT A CIRCUS!!!

Food was okay However customer service is lacking greatly. Constantly talking employees behind the counter and complaining about their job. Very inconsistent with drinks.

Today there's 5 people in the store and only 2 of us are customers the rest are just taking up tables and chairs and spaces that should be for paying customers, new customers coming in have no where to sit they have to go and nobody says anything to the hang aroundsParking: Lot is full because there are no tables and chairs inside there taken up by non paying customers, so paying customers have to have coffee and stuff in there cars

Stopped by to grab coffee at the 105 Chelmsford Road (Store # 300584) in Chelmsford, Mass location. No other coffee shops open late. Kamryn (no nametag on her clothing but the name on the receipt says so) customer service absolutely sucked. No greeting. No kindness whatsoever. Pulled up to drive thru and her voice sounded thoroughly annoyed from the beginning of the order to the end. Even when we asked her for a paper receipt. I didn't feel we asked her to do anything more than what was required, but she certainly made the experience very cold. The only thing that actually made this a 2 star and not a 1 star is the fact that the coffee was hot.Managers, teach your staff better customer service techniques. Hold your employees accountable.

Place is great in terms of service. It's very poor they don't talk to you. They don't greet you. They don't ask how your day is going. They don't acknowledge you right as you walk in the door or right as you walk out of the doorThey take their time making your food and don't seem to care about the length of the line If you're in a rushThis place used to be amazing Is always right always quick always accurateNow The food is never right it's never quick it's always long So long It gives me anxiety Just waiting for 20mins just to get a coffee. The worst part is. They don't even acknowledge that they've been making you wait while they conversate. Amongst themselves versus working as a team effactively to get rid of the lineWhen they have free time, they don't bother to clean the store or prep for the next rush of people Instead they just hang out in gossip like they're in high schoolI've been a regular customer daily of this place For many years and now I am no LongerPlease heed my warning read and listen My words and advice do not come here. Do not waste your money on their food or their coffee Or their place of business they do Not appreciated it

This Dunkin’ constantly has the lobby closed even when you order ahead. Then you can’t get your coffee cause it’s behind closed doors and the line for the drive thru is to the

I was waiting at the register while Talea took my order, then in the middle of my simple coffee order- she walked away to sandwich station as a man was very very upset that she clearly messed up on his sandwich order, but he was unreasonable and made a scene.I wanted to use the Dunkin’s app offer of purchase one item and get a free medium hot coffee. I only wanted to purchase one munchkin and she said very rudely “nope you HAVE to buy 3- you CANT buy one”. I said “I don’t need or want 3- I just want to buy one. “ Then as immature as she is- she SCREAMED in front of kids and everyone else in that establishment that “WOULD THE MANAGER COME OVER HERE BEFORE ANOTHER CUSTOMER FLIPS OUT ON ME”… I said to her very calm- that I am not flipping out at all that she is the only one screaming. I can’t believe the way she screamed at me. Her name is Talea (not sure of spelling) but is medium height- young and heavy set with lots of studded earrings.I am in disbelief that she would react that way. It’s okay if I can’t just buy one munchkin but that is brand new news to me and she should have just been professional and calmly explained that information to me. Instead, she for some reason felt the need to flip out on me. Kids will be kids I guess. I have been nothing but a loyal customer. And that also speaks loud on the 2 managers I see all the time, that were both there today, watching and listening to what was going on. how poorly they clearly “train” their staff. They should have spoke up and controlled their staff or the situation, but instead, they just laughed. I think they all need a class on how to treat their customers. I’m disappointed at the lack of customer service, especially from the “managers”. Managers unable to manage. It’s sad, Some people should just stick to working in the back of the house if they can’t calmly talk to their customers.I would recommend going to the other few Dunkin’s that are very close by instead of this one.

I was unable to get the name of the employee that serviced to me, because she barely spoke to me long enough for me to even see her face or hear her voice. She was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable because of the way she treated me when I arrived. I could not hear anything she was saying, and when she got my coffee, she threw them on the counter, they slid across and she walked away from me. It’s a shame because the atmosphere and the coffees were wonderful. I think it’s important that places get this feedback because customer service is important. Today’s date is 11/18 and the time is 8:28pm if that helps identify the staff member.I realize bad days happen, but I have a funny feeling this was just how she treats the customers at baseline. As I was walking out, I heard her talking to her coworker in a much much nicer tone than she spoke to me which indicated even more that maybe she needs better training on how to speak to the people who are handing her money. Hope this helps and hopefully she can us this as constructive criticism :)
