Ok to enjoy. But for the food/drink quality I think it is 69% compare to starbuck. People working here is not well training. Cant complain much so enjoy if you can find something to stick to it.

We went on New Years Day (today). The person taking our order was rude and he clearly didn't want to be there on NYD. Sorry, but we all have days where we might not want to work.

We tried ordering munchkins for my sick son, and they were missing several flavors; all we could get was glazed and chocolate. Either through delayed shipment, or refusal to make fresh ones; who knows? When we got home and checked the food, the munchkins we recieved were clearly from yesterday, so I am going to assume the latter.

I ordered a blueberry muffin, a donut, and loaded hash browns. The pastries echoed the same day-old flavoring and staleness; and they forgot my hash browns that I paid for altogether.

I hope this low rating and review warns others enough to avoid losing their money towards this spot; and maybe it'll just become a starbucks someday and try again.

Clean for being a holiday.
I just want to say with it being a holiday, the young lady that was working the front, is very kind m, understanding and kind to my kids.
She even went out of her way, came over to where I had seated to clarify my coffee.

The donuts were stale, but the overall experience and customer service (even the bathrooms were pretty clean
had soap and toilet paper. Definitely a plus lol.)
I mean the fact the loby was even open today was awesome.
The overall experience made those donuts taste good for being stale.

Scolded me for ordering on app shortly before reaching speaker. I drive 45 mins to work here in Chelmsford and I shouldn’t be on my phone while driving, if I park and order, I have to fight with 3 different lanes of traffic merging into the drive thru. Drive thru girl said I needed to not do this and order ahead of time, then Said I needed to walk in and park. Manager Tried to say it’s for me and my wait time, but if they cared about my wait time, they wouldn’t ask me to park and walk in, AND it takes the same amount of time to make my order thru the app vs through the speaker. They said it’s the rules, I said it’s not mentioned in the app, she blamed the DM and their rules, refused to give me a contact number for DM, and was snappy and hostile and defended her employee who snapped and scolded me saying she did everything right. Word of mouth can be strong, dunks.

The worst drive thru ever !!!
Pull up to the speaker , place your order , pull up to the window then wait .
Next car to speaker , they have you wait til the car at the window drives off .
Meanwhile the drive tru line is 7-9 cars deep .

Every time I come here, every single time I’ve been it’s in the afternoon and the iced coffee is ALWAYS stale/burnt. Never fails. Also I wait soooooooo long even when I’m the only one in line. I really do not like this location they make so many mistakes

Probably this is one is the slowest dunkin i have ever visited. Just ordered a coffee and croissant. It took them ages to prepare. Not to forget because of there delay i almost missed my scheduled appointments. If you busy then hire ppl. And the workers, dont even get me started on this. None of them is interested in answering customers. Very disappointing and disgusting service.

I cant believe what happened to my drink. I order Large ice Mattcha Latte. They make only 50% and they told it large. I ask if something may wrong cause I drink here numerous times. The frontdesk She said that's what we make here. Holly molly!. Unacceptable. Today 12 October 2025 12:35pm

I ordered three and a half dozen donuts for work, customizing the selection based on my coworkers' preferences. However, they didn’t fulfill the order with the same quantities I requested. As a result, some people didn't receive their favorites, which was disappointing.
