My friend and I ordered a latte and a cappuccino this afternoon, and within a few minutes of drinking them, we both came home and started throwing up. I’m not sure if there was something wrong with the coffee or if the cream was spoiled, but it made us extremely sick. I will never buy anything from Dunkin again.

My home Dunkin for the longest time. A bit hit or miss with mobile orders in terms of wait time, but pretty standard location all around. Drive through could get a little congested since the lot/road intersects with other businesses.
Good coffee and ok service/staff. Enough indoor seating and a relatively clean space but I would mostly get stuff on the go. Convenient location in drum hill near hannaford/walmart, bank, other small shops, so easy to stop here while running errands.

Worst customer and employee experience ever. The managers there won’t let you take a bathroom break on a 6-8 hour shift, they won’t let you use a phone on the floor like it’s a jail or something, customers unhappy with the service, managers are rude to customers “I’m sorry we can’t refund your order even if your kid ordered it by accident” customer leaves upset. Never going there again and I will make sure no one in my family does either. The managers there also don’t know English and are immigrants, and won’t allow you to complain to a higher boss…and let me go so they don’t get in trouble.

Customer service is trash and very rude. The lady at the front needs to be in the back. She is the rudest all we asked was to see if the sandwich could be heated up, she snapped at us and said we don’t have a microwave and said give it to me. All of that attitude towards me because I came inside instead of going through the drive thru.

Guy named Tony was straight up banging out orders like his life depended on it. I would never go out of my way to write a review for a Dunkin Donuts unless I saw some incredible stuff. This dude put team on back and wasted no time. Straight and to the point. All the comments saying the staff is rude can kick rocks. This is Dunkin' in New England. If you want someone to make you feel special and warm inside go to Starbucks and talk about your feelings. Good stuff Tony!!

Came out on break asking for donuts the worker said he throw them away ask them to save one for me next time bc I work close to it and he said no I throw them out when I get here w an attitude and they never have anything when I go on break at 10 pm mind if a “24” hour dunking also the white strong dude is hella mean and disrespectful
After the remodeling this location looks nicer and brighter. Fast service and lots of sitting space.

I was disappointed by how the manager treated me and another customer for choosing to enter the store through the front rather than sit in a dangerously long drive-through line that extended into the street, requiring a risky U-turn to access. Instead of criticizing customers for making a safer choice, the manager should focus on real solutions, like adding a second drive-through lane or having staff take orders outside to help manage the traffic. Poor customer service.

I’m wondering if I’m missing something. I always put my mobile order a few minutes before I go pick up my order. Today when I got to the speaker, the person on the other line was rude and said that I can’t mobile order last minute which it’s wasn’t their system was obvious slow because it had been a few minutes during my drive since I had submitted it. Then, when I pulled up to the window, I heard all the works (it was not busy at all) in the back saying snide comment about me and mobile ordering. I told them it really shouldn’t matter how I order it as they will still take the same amount of time to make the order? I mobile order to give the employees a heads up but if I order at the speaker I’m still waiting so what difference how I order? This is not the first time this particular location has said something to me which is so strange as no one has ever had a problem. And they were busy and I was okay with waiting. I’ve mentioned this to management before but seems no one’s addressed it.
Came for a nice snack and drink it was fast and tasty nothing to complaint about so 5 stars
