HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!WORKERS WERE EXTREMELY RUDE AND THE FOOD IS INEDIBLE! I CAME IN DURING THE MORNING A FEW DAYS AGO AND ORDERED A BOSTON CREME DONUT WITH A CARAMEL ICED COFFEE. NOT ONLY WAS THE DONUT EXTREMELY STALE AND DISGUSTING, WHEN I BIT INTO IT, IT WAS ROCK HARD AND SEEMED OLD. THE COFFEE WAS UTTERLY DISGUSTING, I NOTICED A SLIMY WHITE WAD WITH THE CONSISTENCY OF SPIT FLOATING AROUND NEAR THE ICE AT THE TOP, WHEN I HAD BROUGHT THE ISSUE UP WITH THE BLONDE GIRL MANNING THE DRIVE THRU, SHE SEEMED TO HAVE HAD AN ATTITUDE AND SHE SIMPLY TOLD ME TO "DEAL WITH IT OR BUY A NEW COFFEE". WHAT TYPE OF DISGUSTING RUDE WORKERS DO YOU HAVE AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT WHERE THEY CUM OR SPIT INTO YOUR COFFEES THEN PROCEED TO DISRESPECT YOU ABOUT IT WHEN YOU BRING IT UP? When I specify asked for a large Carmel coffee, but get a nasty chocolate frozen coffee in stead, I wasn't pleased with this because I had to go back.. they corrected the order but it's important to concentrate because if I mess my job up it could threaten people's lives.I always do my job right!I hope you can too.I'm a regular customer, and the morning crew gives my service dog whipped cream! Which is pretty cool ?..

Used to be the best location but I won’t come back my drinks are always wrong. I even brought one back and it was still remade wrong and then they look at you like youre the annoying one ? it wouldn’t be a huge deal but whole milk makes me sick and I’m tired of leaving here feeling sick.

Extremely slow service since remodel, ordered the same thing twice and both times one of the two drinks were done wrong. I mean, wrong as in iced instead of frozen. Asked for frozen hot chocolate and a frozen coffee Mocha, got 2 frozen hot chocolates.
I gave this store on one stop because since it open it's been 24 hours inside drive-thru when to comes this year a lot of people homeless they started shot in the doors at 10:00 p.m. because we used to come in here and you know get out of cold charge their phones whatever I have a coffee at 9:00 so I feel like going on it shuts his doors on the homeless it's not cool so this location gets one staff for me

The drive thru is the worst here as there isn't enough space for an actual line. People's pe come in from two different directions trying to merge. Today I got an iced coffee which tasted bitter. The coffeee here is always hit or miss.

Went to Dunkin’s to meet some people for work. I arrived early just to see a bunch of teenagers gathered around the entrances fighting and getting in the way. When I went inside the workers looked lost and confused. I suggested to call the police but they said they wouldn’t do that. The teens were harassing customers. I decided to do business else where.
