Listen, I'd like to gatekeep because they're busy enough as is, especially on the weekends but I love this place too much to not share.
If you're looking for locally roasted coffee made any way you could want, this is the place. Euphoria clearly cares about quality coffee and you can taste it. Absolutely the best tasting brew in the Merrimack Valley. I'm particular to the cold brew with oat milk but also love a dirty chai or matcha.
The food is delicious, with sandwiches made fresh and tasty croissants for a quick breakfast. And of course the baristas are always amazing, so kind and professional, making every experience enjoyable.
My only complaint is there's never enough seating, but that's a good problem for them to have! When it's a little packed I just go up the street to the library and sit outside.
The concept and atmosphere is great. Could improve on roasting quality. (There roast is more like what small roasters roasted back in the 90s and early 2000's) Many of the single origins are over roasted, taking away from the complexity of flavors they could offer. They also have a verity of slow brewing methods that would really highlight an improved roast. If this was dialed in this could be a place I would recommend for coffee. Until then I do recommend the place for lunch and atmosphere, they offer smoothies, bubble tea and coffee drinks. All the staff is super nice every time I go there. I'll upgrade to 5 stars and brag about this place when the roasts improve.

vibe was cool, food was good! sadly the matcha was absolutely terrible. It's pretty suprising to me when places have poor quality matcha these days because it's such a popular drink, but this stuff was pretty nasty.

Amazing coffee shop tucked behind a casual brick exterior— the place has lots of character and the staff are kind serving quality food with a high attentional detail. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in the Chelmsford area.

Cute coffee shop with a pretty extensive menu. Got a latte and it was yummy! Also got a sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin, it felt upscale but also homemade. Prices were good. Parking was easy - big lot for free. Nice atmosphere with lots of tables, clean and not too busy.
