This place is interesting. Their coffee is really good. People are very nice and general atmosphere is very nice as well.
There are 2 things I would love to see changed here:
1. Create vegan food. By default there are no vegan sandwiches available. Taking a veggie bagel, removing cream cheese and adding some avocado and other veggies got the price substantially higher. Also, a few times I went there, they forgot some veggies and amounts they added were extremely tiny. I would love to see if there were for every 2 non-vegan options, there was a matching vegan option. For example, you could use frozen Just Egg, frozen vegan sausages, dairy free cream cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms and hummus. This location (Chelmsford and Bedford) are lacking vegan restaurants, and I deeply believe it'd be great for your already established business.
2. I would love to see environmentally friendly options for throwing away items - such as compost. We really need that in the world, and if your business could afford this change, this would be seriously incredible!

Lady who greets you and takes your order is very polite. As well as other staff. Food is delicious got a breakfast sandwhich on a plain bagel. Bagel was toasted perfectly and was soft to bite. All other ingredients tasted fresh and delicious. The hot chocolate here is the best ive ever had. However they prepare it its perfect.

What a find in Chelmsford! It's a cozy cafe with really good coffee! Not for large groups though.. there is limited seating so not the kind of cafe you can sit at with a laptop and headphones.. or maybe you could if you find a corner seat.. nevertheless I enjoyed the vibe. The veggie bagel was excellent and so was a simple croissant.. Would recommend this for a date!

I had lunch - the bulgogi panini is excellent. Paired it with a mango smoothie, also excellent. There is limited seating, and at 1 PM, it was still quite full. One star off because I don't like the music/too loud.

A really nice coffee shop that’s hard to find in Northern Mass.
There aren’t many cafés in the area that take pour-overs and filtered coffee seriously, and Euphoria clearly does. Most locals seem content with the chains like Dunkin and Aroma Joe’s, so Euphoria immediately stood out. I believe it’s run by a Korean couple (Korea’s coffee culture is intense), and their attention to detail shows up here, and they also offer a small selection of simple Korean-inspired snacks.
I’ve tried their filtered coffee, maple soy latte, and vanilla Turkish cold brew, and all were well done. They keep a board of staff-recommended drink combinations, and the Turkish cold brew with vanilla syrup and oat milk was especially good.
Food-wise, I only had the salmon bibimbap. It was solid, though the portioning felt a little light for the price tag. Smoked salmon is definitely an unconventional choice for bibimbap, but honestly, it kept the bowl light enough to pair with a coffee without feeling heavy.
I’m not local, so this isn’t a regular stop for me, but this place is definitely worth a detour next time I am.

i never write reviews for places ever but i really feel like this was needed. i am an avid coffee drinker and i love trying different cafes and i am thoroughly impressed. the vibe in there is perfect, everything is set up very cute and it was a very welcoming environment. i talked to one worker and even the few words we exchanged he was extremely polite and kind. the latte i got is perfect. it’s the perfect amount of sweetness and you can still taste the espresso it is EASILY a 10/10 latte. i was having a rough morning today and this coffee genuinely changed the trajectory of my day, i was smiling ear to ear with my first sip. it’s very obvious the care that this business puts into their products. definitely a must try !

Wasn’t what I expected when I stepped in, didn’t feel all that welcome and the vibe felt offs also there’s like very few seating considering it’s not that new but still.. prob won’t come back. The coffee was Mediocre.
