Restaurant is ok. Food was decent like you would expect... did not go to hibachi. just did dine-in. price is a little bit on higher side. everything went well up until pay time... while paying the server demanded me to pay 18% gratuity even though i did not want to give that much. he pressed back button from custom tip screen and said to choose 18%. Wanted to go to restroom.. it is at lower level and it was smelly
Buffett was ok. Not remarkable. Great service. Some of the food was not replenished while I was there so that was annoying.
Good buffet but expensive
Everything was excellent 👌
We went there for a dinner. While the food and the ambient were good but too noisy. The service was pathetic and staffs were not professional at all. Actually the service don’t even deserve 1 star. Go at your own risk if you want to ruin your mood.
My son and I had the Lunch Buffet...food was very good, plenty to choose from and the staff was very friendly. I will be back.

Edit: My husband also just accidentally orders from here and their food has gotten worse. It was absolutely disgusting; the same dishes I ordered last time, the chicken was greasy and tasted old, as well as my husband’s sushi which he also said tasted old and scallion pancakes that were clearly cooked earlier in the day and reheated and the dough was either not made properly or old because it’s supposed to have tiny little bubbles and thin layers like a croissant; this was thick, flat, hard to chew and stale. We threw the food out which we normally never do. I don’t know how they can call this restaurant by the same name when the quality is so poor at this location. The Burlington has fresh, tasty, well made food. It wasn’t a weekday or before closing either, it was early evening on Friday. I can’t say enough how awful the food was, Panda Express would have been better. Yuck!
I accidentally ordered from the Chelmsford location, I live 2 min closer to this one than the Burlington location so the app automatically ordered from here. The food was ok but I prefer the food at the Burlington location. The general gau sauce isn’t as tasty, the chicken isn’t as crispy and the vegetable fried rice has string beans, peas and the snow peas are skinny and few. The shrimp tempura maki wasn’t as tasty and crisp and they put roe on the California rolls which I don’t mind but I wasn’t in the mood for it.
