I did not want to write that. I was hoping the way the manager treated us was a misunderstanding. I wrote to the owner to ask him to look into it and explain. (Note: the owner is Asian but not East Asian. Asia is a big place.)
I was hoping the owner would say something like "Sorry you had a negative experience. I'm sure my manager did not intend to come across that way, but I have spoken to her about why her conduct looked discriminatory, and it won't happen again."
I would accept that if he'd said it, but he didn't. It has been a few weeks since I wrote to the owner, and he has not responded at all. So, either he doesn't check his business mail, or he does not care if his manager is racist or not.
I'll take this review down if the owner contacts me privately and shows a modicum of concern for his manager's conduct. Civility costs nothing, and he should not be ignoring discrimination complaints.

Parking: There is little on-street parking. You must use a public lot behind the restaurant that is somewhat hard to figure out how to get into since the entrance is not on the same street as the restaurant. If you have anyone with special needs, keep this in mind especially during inclement weather or the winter.
