Called this restaurant to place a simple to go order. A little cheeseburger, and regular size French fries. I asked the employee that took my order to please cook the French fries right away so I wouldn't have to wait 10 minutes for my French fries to cook after I arrive. The employee told me "oh no sir we don't cook them until you arrive". I told him a second time "I do not want to wait for the French fries to cook when I get there please cook the fries at the same time as the burger." (If you allow a restaurant to do this your other food you ordered will get cold as you wait for the fries to cook) The employee then told me it would only take 6-10 minutes. I told him a third time "I do not want to wait for the fries to cook please cook them at the same time as the burger so I don't have to wait inside the restaurant." He then told me a third time that 'we cook the fries after the customer arrives" and basically shrugged off everything I asked him. What kind of morons does this restaurant hire? I told him just cancel the whole order and I'll go somewhere else. Imagine losing a sale, and a customer because your employee is insistant on making a customer wait to cook French fries while his burger gets cold? I'm never ordering from this restaurant again.

Passing through the area on the way to New Hampshire and made a quick stop for dinner. I’m writing this review because whoever the manager and staff was tonight is amazing. Since the kitchen and prep area is exposed to the customers you can see and hear everything. My husband and I were amazed at the evident positivity and teamwork amongst the team. Whoever owns that Five Guys needs to give the manager and team a raise. In a world of overall subpar crappy customer service and people not caring about putting an effort into their job this was a rare experience. Great job!

There’s something to be said when you walk into a place and the workers are happy, kind and genuinely cheerful. Service here was excellent! Definitely going to mark this one.
Vegetarian options: They do have a veggie sandwich option
Dietary restrictions: Bed of lettuce or lettuce wraps available for substitutions of bread.
Wheelchair accessibility: But bathroom door is very heavy and so should have a handicap button for the elderly.

Absolutely Scrumptious burgers and crispy, flavourful fries! The staff were expedient and friendly. I just found the music blaring loud both inside and at the outdoor seating area. Five Guys make the BEST burgers....And French fries!

Alexa was amazing, she made sure a previous order was attended too and corrected. She deserves a promotion.Noah the GM was also amazing and made sure everything was perfect. I wish all fast food places had such amazing customer service and Management. 10/10 keep up the great work "Five guys Chelmsford"!!!
Got half the amount of fries I was expecting because staff told me they portion them out by weight now. That's the entire reason I come here, to get a lot of fries :^(

came in on May 12 around 7:30 and not only was the food good as normal, the service was INCREDIBLE. All of the employees were fast, enthusiastic, and friendly.

I'd give them 5 stars all around, but the atmosphere isn't ideal for my dining-in tastes, though plenty suitable for the style of dining. I'd love to see some booths and credit them for their staff efficiency. However, I tend to mobile order takeout often from this chain and find it annoying that my order is never just sitting ready for me to pickup when arrive, even if I give them extra time. I think it's because the chain prefers to serve the fries hot and prepare the milkshakes once the customer checks-in at the store counter, regardless of whether I tap the 'I'm here' option from the mobile app once I've arrived. To the Franchise's credit, they are always busy, so it's never quick to have to get a worker's attention for pickup orders. Worth the wait, but for as much as fast food costs these days, the best restaurants are beginning to struggle to compete in this area for customers' business. Hoping my family's favorite burger joint figures this out.

I recently installed a few machines at this location, and I'm amazed about how neat clean and organize are Noah and his team. I have spent over 4 hours there not hearing any complaining, but motivation cheers instead.I would have gave them 20 ? is the app let me,congratulations Noah and teammates ?
