I've been a regular at this Five Guys for about two years now, and I can honestly say I have never had a single issue with my order – not even a tiny mistake! The quality of service here is truly exceptional; you can tell the employees are dedicated and take pride in what they do. They are always friendly and efficient. Speaking of quality, the food is consistently delicious and undeniably tasty. Despite the freshness of each made-to-order meal, the service is remarkably fast. I'm always impressed by how quickly I receive my hot, fresh food, with rarely ever more than a few minutes of wait time. This Five Guys sets the bar high for both food quality and outstanding customer service!

Came here for lunch and got burger, cajun fries, and a couple milkshakes. I'm ultimately just repeating what most reviewers have already said, but the people who work here at this location make it all worth it (the chain as a whole is too expensive for what it is). They are very friendly and attentive. One of them forgot one of the mix-ins for my milkshake, immediately realized it, and offered to make me a new one. I declined because it wasn't that big of a deal, but a couple minutes later my partner accidentally spilled her milkshake. I went back up to the counter to take the worker up on her offer for a replacement milkshake and she seemed genuinely glad that I changed my mind and let her make it up to me. That's rewardable service.
