I like this place and I like it alot. My guitar teacher David introduced me to Glenview and the food and portions here have been great and you don't leave hungry. Their Chili Nachos, Haddock Casserole, Reuben Sandwich etc are all very tasty and filling. Waitstaff has always been nice to me the times i've eaten there. Friendly down to earth people.
We moved to the area and went to the pub for the first time. Loved it! It happened to be a Friday or Saturday night and a group called “Nostalgia†was playing. They were great, and the food was well prepared. We were afraid that it would be a noisy bar atmosphere, but were pleasantly surprised that the eating area was distinctly separate. Such a locals place but very welcoming. Everyone seems to know each other. After being in there a few times now I know a few people and they always come over and say Hello! It's an older crowd but young at heart.
