Everyone is there is very nice and sweet, I’ve never had a bad interaction, only thing I have to say is that there bagels are always stale. I’ve never gotten a fresh bagel there. Every bagel I’ve had I have had to bite down multiple times and had to pull hard just to get a bite. Idk what the problem is, maybe they don’t have a good place to keep there bagels fresh I’m not sure.

Very rude. I walked in and there was no one at the counter instead she had her back turn and she was on her phone. I asked for iced coffee just basic cream and sugar. I asked if she had Matcha latte. She turned around with an attitude so I ordered an electric blue lemonade with strawberry popping pearl. Before I even finish my order, she turned around and didn’t put any popping pearls. Terrible, just terrible. What an inconsiderate, rude person to have at the counter.

I swear that they do not know what Is french vanil . The first time Maybe honest mistake..But the second time no way. And their chicken is one of the worst chicken I ever had. This place is a monopoly. They probably never change their cooking oil. And it's over price. They know they can get away with it . So they don't care....
