We were skeptical to try this place after reading reviews and chose to anyway. I'm writing a review because I feel like its necessary to combat some of the stuff previously posted.
The atmosphere was fantastic! The was surprising, especially after being underwhelmed by the exterior.
The service was definitely the best part. Our server was attentive without being over bearing and he was so kind and funny!
Our food was standard American Chinese food. Portions were huge! and the flavors were well orchestrated. The turn around time from ordering to receiving our food was quick! It wasn't too busy for a holiday evening and the little bar area was quite lively.
We will certainly be returning!

Really amazing service and atmosphere!! The man that was serving us was incredibly attentive and kind. We ordered the Gao Chicken and Chicken lo mein. I wished the lo mein noodles were a bit thinner, but the sauce and everything else was good, not oily at all. Gao Chicken was also pretty yummy, although one piece was a bit tough.
Overall, I'd say it's a great place for when you're craving Chinese food. If you want luxury dining then obviously don't come to a Chinese restaurant.

Maybe this used to be a staple on the Chinese food dive bar circuit and bless you for keeping the tradition rolling...but there are few endearing qualities to recommend stopping here for food, drink, or entertainment. I've tried many items over lunch and dinner and regretted spending money on it every time. It's either undercooked, overcooked, old, bad tasting, funky, chewy, or some combination of these. $10+ for a mixed drink in a rocks glass!?! That should have been an immediate red flag but I kept trying. It's just not working. I dig the old school vibe and the dingy, dark American Chinese decor, but there is negative value for price. If you got some spare Keno cash you want to sacrifice then I guess this isn't a bad option.

We enjoyed our meal at Hong &Kong Restaurant. Service was great food was very good and there is a lot of it. Expect to have enough for lunch the next day. It is convenient to the Chelmsford Holiday Inn.

Lousy food. I had vegetarian noodles. I felt ripped off and it was only $15. It was edible if you have no other choice.

I barely ever even write a review on restaurants but I am heavily dissatisfied by what happened. I asked for Sesame Chicken, and they gave me A CHEESEBURGER LIKE BRO, REALLY, ISN'T THIS A A HONG KONG restaurant. LIKE BRO I WISH I COULD PUT 0 STARS BUT I CAN'T. THE SERVICE WAS SO MEAN TO ME CALLING ME SHORT AND THERE WAS A ANT IN MY FOOD, LIKE BRO. AND THE CHEF HAS TO WEAR A HAIRNET BECAUSE THERE WAS HAIR IN MY FOOD.

If you have not been in awhile, checkout the food. Jay & Vinny always crush it at the bar!!

I had the crab ragoons and seasame chicken. Very good.
The worst service and very bad, the person serving treats customers even worse, I do not recommend. No one should come here again, these are abnormal people.
They treated me like a guest, and the food was good.

We were a little skeptical after reading some reviews but decided to give it a try as it was within walking distance from our hotel. I got the beef with broccoli combo with fried rice, chicken fingers, and an egg roll. My wife ordered the szechuan chicken with white rice, crab rangoon, and a spring roll. Both were very good and served hot. We each brought about half of our meals home. I would definitely go back again - price was reasonable also.
