I went there yesterday and y’all need better management and training for the employees. Horrible experience. Ordered a #7 on a wheat wrap and the girl worker had no idea what to do with it. Neither did the other worker. They were just joking about how should she wrap it. She literally took the wrap and rolled it up into a ball when clearly they prepped the wrap a certain way for you to wrap it. so it didn’t even look like a wrap that you would get everywhere else. It looked like a burger from how she just rolled it into a ball shaped. And then cuts it the worse way too. It was so bad I had to take it apart at home and wrap it myself… smh. Really disappointing.

Great spot for anyone with a gluten allergy! Went in person and was happy to see how seriously the staff took my dietary needs. They changed their gloves, cleaned the deli equipment and counter, got clean knives/cutting board. Highly recommend!

Excited I moved from an area with JM so excited for opening here ! As expected they are all new it was chaos . I waited 35 minutes after placing an online order. Asked if they received it “yes making it now” 15 minutes later I ask again . NO wasn’t even started . Again I understand it’s new everyone is learning but I get home finally to have my chicken Philly with honey mustard peppers and onions. What I got ! A beef Philly with cheese and nothing else but a layer of the hot crushed pepper stuff . Not around the corner I I’m not going back tonight . Should have a manager or experienced staff overseeing the new young staff . Couldn’t give an honest rating on the food as I couldn’t eat it with that hot crushed pepper also not crazy about beef May try again in a couple of months . They were all nice though and working hard
