Don't get me wrong, this is the best pizza in the area. However, when I picked up my pizza, it was COLD. I was waiting for about 10 minutes and was told that it would be ready at the scheduled time (6pm). When it was 6pm, I saw them take 2 pizzas off of the top of the pizza oven. Now, I know that due to the One-Bite Pizza Review this place has BLOWN up in popularity. However, the pizza was almost stone cold when I picked it up.They should consider how they can bring up the quality of their pizza by using their timing more effectively so that when people are waiting 50 minutes for pizza, they get it FRESH and HOT. It was neither, but it was still BOMB. I will not lie. We recently moved to Dracut and the pizza is NOT great. The pizza at Joanie's is some of the best I've had. I just wish that when I ordered it ahead of time, arrived early, and got it at my chosen time, that it was warm. That is the expectation at other places, no matter how busy the location.

The pizza here is fantastic. It’s easily one of the best NY style pizzas in the state. The fries are really good too. I wasn’t a big fan of the chicken tenders however. Definitely make sure to grab the malted chocolate chip cookies, they are great.

joanies is my fav indy pizza shop in the state of MA. and they have the best choco chip cookies ive rever had. also their staff is awesome and amazingly patient.Dietary restrictions: they are super nice about allergies and vegan options. just ask.

This place is definitely overrated! We went there many times, but it was too packed. The wait was too long so we tried on another day and finally we ordered a pizza and got the pizza. My son could not wait for me to try this fabulous pizza. This pizza was burnt and I don’t mean oven roasted nice I mean burnt dry I tasted no sauce we could barely taste the cheese, even my son said he was so disappointed it was really like eating a dry cracker. We took a couple bites of me threw it away. I really have no idea. What is the rave about this place

The Maples at Warner
Went with friends who belong to a 'pizza forum' and are always searching out new pizza joints. While we typically go to CT, we discovered Joanie's through another reviewer. Excellent pizza for sure and the best I've had north of New Haven - although Modern and Zup's are right up there. Crisp crust perfectly cooked, great sauce and nice combo of cheese and toppings. We drove an hour and a half to get here and the hour wait was worth it. The lack of seating was no worry, most were taking theirs home and many folks sat in the cars and consumed on the spot. We opted to take our pies to Modern Roots Brewery up the road to pair with some nice beer! Great afternoon road trip for sure! Will be back in a few weeks. Heads up if you are new to Joanie's - only phone orders are taken, if the phone doesn't get answered, just try again. We chanced it and ordered on-site. They sold out shortly after 4pm on a Saturday. Way to go and thanks Joanie's!
