The dog of manager that they had on 3/28/25 at 9:000 am should get fired for the low level of ethics. Looks like your parents dint show you morals. You never yell at your customers especially if they have a disability that’s the worst experience I have ever witnessed.

Stopped by today and waited 5 minutes at the register for someone to take my order, I was ignored! Finally a girl barked that I should use the machine because they’re short staffed today….ok, I understand that but I said I have an allergy and need to add special instructions…IGNORED! I left!! If franchise owners and restaurant managers don’t care enough to hire staff to take my order….theres plenty of other places to spend my money.

First, most of the time, the food here is one of the better Mcy D's. The staff was very friendly too and I Never like to knock a restaurant of any kind where I was a chef for many yrs, but this has happened way too many times to ignore and I would never send any food back at any restaurant ever. Mind you, it is 12am. I ordered 2 holiday pies. I took a bite, and it was horribly dry. Checking the serve until label (which read until 5:57 p.m.), I realized it was supposed to be thrown out 6 hrs. earlier. So, I'm guessing the pie was sitting in the heater for at least 6 hrs. prob. 7+. I understand keeping food costs down, and if that's the case, stop serving pies at the same time they stop serving the other items at night. But 6 plus hrs. after the throw out time is way too long to serve someone safe food. Please be more cautious.

Got a quarter pounder w/cheese and an apple pie...both were luke warm. Very disappointed. The service was great. The girl bringing the trays out to the table was super nice e and pleasant.

The service is ALWAYS HORRIBLE! I get Off the exit and they are always so rude or give me the wrong order and blame me. Can’t find the manager or franchise owners name or info but definitely look forward to speaking to someone because staff is always so rude and unprofessional. If you don’t like your shift maybe you shouldn’t work at 3 am.

After we ordered they asked us to wait because they needed to make more fries. The fries we got were super cold, and also got a 20 piece nuggets..not sure what it was but it looked off so I counted them (yes I actually did) and they didn’t give me 20 nuggets they gave me 18. I know what’s the big deal it’s only 2 nuggets missing but the point is I ordered and paid for 20 and didn’t get it.
There customer service needs help. Also clearly not 24 hours.

Slowest Burger King I’ve ever been too the whole operation is a disgrace to customer and food service.
