I came to Moe’s Southwest Grill today with some significant dietary restrictions due to a recent medical journey: no dairy, no added or refined sugars which usually makes eating out frustrating. But today was different. Ben and Harsh went above and beyond to accommodate my needs with zero hesitation or excuses.

They made thoughtful adjustments to create a custom Stack that honored my restrictions and still tasted amazing. In a world where restaurants often push back on requests like mine, their willingness to serve with care and excellence was refreshing, encouraging, and honestly, life-giving.

This kind of hospitality isn’t just about good food—it’s a reflection of great people. Huge shoutout to Ben and Harsh for making my day. Moe’s is lucky to have them.

The Drum Hill Moe's in Chelmsford has new management it shows. The food is fresh, the facility is clean, and the staff is friendly. Not only that, it's a great value.

I'd highly recommend this restaurant over it's local competition and will definitely return for another great meal.

This place is absolutely unprofessional....food was dry n seemed to have been left out for a long time..no one spoke English n if they did it was broken.Gave a tip n manager came over n took it for himself.Managers r not supposed to take tips! So unprofessional!

So.. when walking in the staff was friendly and helpful which is always a plus. However the meat selections they had did not appear fresh, it's important to mix everything up once in a while not just leave it to sit and dry out or drown in grease. Toppings looked pretty fresh. Food was pretty salty. And as we sat to eat the staff was super loud speaking in their own native language (I'm guessing Indian) which is fine but also quite rude and disruptive. The fact that there is nobody here kind of speaks for itself. All surfaces were dirty, trays, garbage disposal units and tables.. not my cup of tea.

Asked for 2 bowls and 1 burrito through UberEats, got 3 bowls all made the same way when some people are allergic to certain things, wasting my money. On receipt it clearly states differences in items. Also, they only give enough chips for one person to eat no matter how much food is ordered, didn’t even include the sauce. Even chipotle gives more meat than these guys do. Do not recommend

Service was perfunctory. I don't think these people like their jobs. Food is ok and quick. I would recommend Panera and 5 guys next door except they are busy. These guys aren't.

I had an amazing experience at Moe’s Southwest Grill recently, and I just have to give a huge shoutout to JD and Venky for their outstanding customer service! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, welcoming, and super attentive. JD made sure everything was just right with my order, and Venky went above and beyond to make the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable.

It’s not every day you come across a team that genuinely cares about their customers, but these two really stood out. The food was fresh and delicious as always, but it was the service that truly made my visit memorable. Thanks again, JD and Venky—you both are awesome!

*update* contacted corporate twice heard nothing back… called the store requesting a refund was told I can get $10 In rewards the next time I go back and they don’t issue refunds.

Wish I could give zero stars ever since this store has changed owners has been nothing but issues. Food quality is gross. Customer service sucks… went in today 3/2 to redeem my points was charged for the $10 points on top of them taking the points. Spent $25 for two things so I would have had to pay out of pocket $15 I asked the manager I believe if I was charged correctly as I already paid the $15 he was saying I had a balance of $10 I told him I was using my points and asked if the points were taken off he said yes then I asked again as he told me I needed to pay the $10 I paid the $10 confronted him that I paid my whole total and asked where the $10 worth of points went… he proceeded to laugh in my face as I told him he charged me wrong. didn’t offer a refund nothing just stood there and laughed needless to say now I have to get in contact with corporate to get a refund for him charging me wrong. Never going back here been going ever since they opened this location maybe the should just close it as there’s barely any foot traffic going there. Very disappointed

Skip the chipotle on the other side of the street. the owners of this moes are so kind and stuff your burritos to the brim. they’re always folded perfectly and are done in a timely manner. they definitely do not skimp on the fillings or service! ps. the chips are free (and better) with every order.

I can not thank this Moe’s enough for pulling off catering for 25 very last minute, within 2 hours of our event. The food was great the staff extremely helpful. We will definitely be back.

I went there at around 8pm 12/24 and asked for bowl, they put old dried rice and chicken in my bowl without even me telling what I want. When I asked what chicken is it they said that’s all we have and it’s in bowl. Considering I didn’t ask for that chicken I still had to pay for it. I would never recommend this place. Chipotle might be couple of bucks expensive but they have standard. This place is waste of money. I threw everything in trash just because how bad it’s.
