If I could give a Negative 5 star I would! These people are Rude, self serving, and are not helpful at all. The store says they close on the sign at 9 pm. We confirmed with them that they close at 9 pm. When we sat down to eat at 8:35 PM, they told us we had to leave. We asked why? We walked in at 8:30 to order the food and confirmed closing time was at 9. When we sat at the table, they said we had to leave because they had to start cleaning the dining room room before 9 pm…So they kicked us out! We had nowhere to go to eat our food that we just spent $56 on! We asked the manager, and he said we had to go! So we ended up eating in the car! All 4 of us! In the middle of January!! They suck!!When we finished our meal in the car, we drove by at 9:05 and they were still cleaning the dining room so we easily could’ve eaten there at 8:35 and been out by 8:45 PM. The bathroom and soda fountain were disgusting! Maybe that what they had to spend all their time cleaning! Also the food prep area was also unkept and Dirty!No diversity either! It was all just Indians (or he non American kind) who barley spoke English! And they were dirty, filthy, short and rude. No diversity at this Moe’s at all!!THEY SUCK!

Today I went to to buy a burrito mind you I never go to this Moes. One of the topping I had were beans .the taste of them were horrible. You can tell these beans were not fresh at all-and probably two days old .. The one on the Dracut line Is definitely a 5Star. I’m all set with ever coming back to this place. And yes I’m still going to eat my burrito because there’s people dying of hunger in this world. If not.. I’d trash it . New management is needed that actually cares about giving their customers best service and food.
Filthiest restaurant I have ever entered rotten lettuce on soggy outdated food. Waitstaff unclean as well.

I never had Moe's in my life prior to this. I was just hungry and popped in to this location. The staff were nice. I got a bowl with rice, beans, veggies and steak. I was served a ton of steak but couldn't eat it. The meat was supposedly steak but it tasted like chemicals and had extreme amounts of salt. (My husband tasted the steak and agreed that it tasted really weird). It was totally inedible. I ended up picking off the meat and eating the rest of the bowl which was ok. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
