Moonstones is a solid choice for work outings and dinners for special occasions. I recommend the Bee's Knees cocktail, the tuna tartare, and the mushroom risotto. Service is friendly and prompt and the décor of the dining area is unique and comfy. Easy parking on the side and in the back of the restaurant.

My wife and I decided to order takeout from here for our anniversary since we just had a baby and could not go out to eat. We weren't sure what to expect given the dated sign, but we were extremely and pleasantly surprised! The food is absolutely worth the price. My wife ordered a steak with patas bravas and I ordered a hamburger with truffle Parmesan fries. The best compliment I can give to this restaurant is the fact that we honeymooned in Spain and their patas bravas are on par with the ones from Spain! Definitely worth stopping by and trying them out.

I recently teamed up with friends for a private event featuring Arbonne Health and Wellness and Fairstone Designs for a floral arranging class at Moonstones. From the moment I started communicating with Manager Justin Hayes, he made the whole process of planning and set up easy. Justin’s experience was helpful when it came to knowing how to set up a private room to meet our needs.Upon arrival Justin showed us to the room and was welcoming and set up perfectly. Our server, Curtis, made sure the appetizers we ordered were on the tables as guests arrived. He skillfully managed to take guest orders during without disruption of the event.

I had my daughter in-laws baby shower there on Saturday. Justin and the staff were very helpful and attentive and the food was amazing. Thank you for making her day so special! I highly recommend having a private event there.

Arrived for a date on Friday night. We made our reservation through Google. Everything was simple and easy to use. Unfortunately the table that was reserved for us was not readily available, on arrival. However, the manager was awesome and flexible, as he quickly found us another table in the nearby room. The atmosphere was awesome and the service was prompt and efficient. This will definitely be our continual dating spot. Thank you guys for an amazing evening.

We hosted a surprise birthday party at Moonstones earlier this month and were completely wowed by everything. Working with Justin to coordinate details for weeks ahead was easy and flexible. He answered all my questions and accommodated a time shift when a conflict arose, and even let me set up a photo booth. Our server, Riley, was attentive and fun, caring for our 25 guests in their private and perfectly-sized party room right off the entrance. The food and beverages were incredible, everything was hot and fresh, with multiple vegetarian options. The guest of honor stated the seafood tower was the best she ever had! Thank you to the team at Moonstones for providing an exceptional experience, we will definitely be back (especially for the pickle brine martini)!

Moonstones is such an unexpected gem - it’s at this intersection in a small town next to a gas station, and yet - phenomenal! Truly a varied and cohesive dining experience. Everything is so good, with each detail thoughtfully chosen. The lamb was spectacular: perfect crust, warm pink middle, expertly seasoned. The vegetarian fried rice was fluffy, moist, and super umami. The crispy bits made me want to order a second helping and eat until I exploded. The fact that they also supply high-quality seafood and balanced, original cocktails is just the icing on the cake.Vegetarian options: I think the vegetarian dishes are nuanced and well-selected for the menu offering. No one would have to feel they’re ordering something modified.Parking: The lot is well arranged and there is overflow parking at the businesses next door once they’re closed.Kid-friendliness: I personally don’t have kids but I always see families here. It’s probably because all the staff are so friendly! And it never gets too loud because the space is well designed.

Moonstones is a hidden gem for Sunday brunch. This was the first time I had been to Moonstones in a number of years. I went with my family for brunch and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was not only welcoming but incredibly accommodating. Each dish was uniquely delicious. It is clear the chef has put a lot of thought into flavors and textures all with the inclusion of American classics. Cant recommend it enough!

We gathered 20 friends and family at Moonstones the day after Christmas. Scott and Jeff (the lead bartender) worked with us to create a truly memorable event. The drinks and food were exceptional. It was such a great, easy way to bring everyone together.

Good on food and service but can we get hot water in the bathrooms and a little less background music? This contributes to poor atmosphere hence the 3 stars. I would like to know my server’s hands have the benefit of hot water as they’re constantly picking up my water glass. Please fix! Thanks.Update: of COURSE I ran the water. And I would never expect the server to answer for building issues hence the review.
