Ordered the Frontega Chicken sandwich to go. If I had eaten it there I could have given it back and asked for something else. I did not realize they changed it. The bread is different, the sauce is different, and the chicken is definitely different. It's like they took a piece of chicken and chopped it up and it falls out of the bread in small clumps when you bite into the sandwich. It's not the pulled chicken that used to be on this sandwich. The sauce is spicy now, which some people,might like, but I don't care for it. The sandwich is mostly bread now. They cut back on the meat, vegetables, and cheese. I won't be ordering this again. Very disappointed.

I love Panera bread one of my favorite restaurants specially for delivery usually I order delivery the special are awesome the portions are perfect if you need to follow a diet the tuna sandwich and the apple Fiji salad definitely you need to get one of those I recommend and the price is very reasonable you can get two different types of food for the price of one thank you Panera

The staff is amazing. I ordered food in the morning realized later in the day one of the sandwiches was wrong but the night manager handled it and was an absolute sweetheart the night stuff is Super sweet.

I placed an online order for a Cobb salad. The menu picture showed two halves of a hard boiled egg on the salad. The menu said it would include a hard boiled egg (like Cobb salads do). Guess what my salad consisted of: lettuce, a few cherry tomatoes, some shredded ham, ... no egg. That stinks!

I often visit for sip club membership. 90 percent of the time I have to hunt my order down. They say it’s ready but it has not been made yet. Seems miscommunication with staff. Very frustrating for a customer who orders online to have to go through this process.
My wife and I stopped here because she bought me a gift card. We stopped in and had the Trace menu—a soup and a sandwich. They have a few vegetarian sandwiches on the menu, which was cool for me, and she, of course, got a chicken sandwich. We both absolutely loved the cheddar broccoli soup; it was so good. The staff was kind, very attentive, and funny as well, and the atmosphere was good. Free refills on drinks are always a plus.
