I placed an online order for a Cobb salad. The menu picture showed two halves of a hard boiled egg on the salad. The menu said it would include a hard boiled egg (like Cobb salads do). Guess what my salad consisted of: lettuce, a few cherry tomatoes, some shredded ham, ... no egg. That stinks!

I often visit for sip club membership. 90 percent of the time I have to hunt my order down. They say it’s ready but it has not been made yet. Seems miscommunication with staff. Very frustrating for a customer who orders online to have to go through this process.

My wife and I stopped here because she bought me a gift card. We stopped in and had the Trace menu—a soup and a sandwich. They have a few vegetarian sandwiches on the menu, which was cool for me, and she, of course, got a chicken sandwich. We both absolutely loved the cheddar broccoli soup; it was so good. The staff was kind, very attentive, and funny as well, and the atmosphere was good. Free refills on drinks are always a plus.

I went with the "pick two" deal and I got a cup of mac and "Half" a sandwich. The sandwich was more like a quarter sandwich, its too small of a portion to be consisted "half" a sandwich.
Excellent place for pastries, coffee, lunch or dinner. Great salads and sandwiches. Nice atmosphere locate in a mall plaza.

Just stood their no one will take your order, everyone looking at you. Women walks close to the counter I ask can I pay cash with machines cause I want to order she literally picks the ringing phone up and talks to someone not answering my question. Over heard her saying she is one of the managers on the phone so probably not worth eating here if the manager is this rude and unprofessional what do you think the standards are for employees and the food not being spit in.
