I should pardon your cheesesteak cause it sucks! absolutely no cheese basically a burnt steak with pepper, onions and one string of cheese. The best part of the meal was the cold hard fries.

Already ordered. Already paid. Went 10 minutes after pick up time. Food isn't ready. I did not realize it was berttucis. This foods not a priority for this restaurant. Obviously they are taking care of restaurant guests. Won't order again.I would like to add it is not the employees fault. I thought I was ordering from a new restaurant.

Never DoorDash from this place. Spent almost 80 dollars for this bull s**** Whoever prepared these deserves to be smacked up. YOU'RE TELLING ME THIS IS WORTH $79.92?! The steak in all 4 doesn't even make one large.

Not sure about other locations, but lackluster service on a delivery from reading. Added onions and peppers ( for an additional charge by the way! ), not only were they not only on the sandwich but they substituted it with lettuce and added some barbecue sauce that I did not specify I wanted on the sandwich. Secondly while the fries were crispy for a delivery which is great there wasn't a single one that wasn't just straight crisp which is quite unappetizing. Fortunately it was still fine but if I didn't like those things the sandwich would have been a waste and for that reason although the food was good I would not order online from this place. 2 stars, only giving the additional star because the food itself was decent but just not what I asked for.

I ordered the first time and it was great The second order no so good they burnt the steak and did not have much cheese and forgot my mushrooms Need to be consistent or won't be around to long

Had a discount for this on Uber so I tried it out. Overall very good!! Fries were crispy and steak was cooked perfectly. Just the right amount of cheese! Definitely worth a try.

The chipotle cheesesteak was very good. Had a $5 off promo on ubereats so I took the chance - and it was a damn good sandwich. I'll be ordering again for sure!
