Terrible service. After tipping them 10% for a table of 2, server rudely demanded that I have to change my tip to 15%. Never going to this place again. That was for a food which included appetizers, main courses and deserts.

Their pho sate is probably my favorite food. For this reason, they get five enthusiastic stars from me, every time... except for that one time, lol

One of my favorite Pho spots. My guy and I go before rollerskating session on Thursday evenings. Charlie and the other wait staff always make dining a great experience. I usually get #19. Good broth makes the dish, and they've got the recipe perfect for my taste buds.

The 4th star of encouragement is for good food. It needs more care and perhaps a little more cleaning

5$ for a can of soda is crazy
Father’s Day dinner at Pho Dalat. We ordered hot pot with chicken soup and magnolia spice soup. Both broth choices were very tasty. The portion is generous and meat was fresh. Not much dipping source choice, you have to mix your own from soy source, Shacha source, garlic and pepper. Taking a star off because veggies were served about 30 minutes after meat were served. We also ordered fried rice which was good. It was a good experience overall.

Restaurantji Recommends
Ordered 2 spring rolls and beef noodle soup. The rolls were very bland and only tasted of onions! I've better ones from the frozen section! The beef noodle soup tasted of fatty mest grease! When I told the water about how bland the rolls were- she said dip it in sauce! Won't be going there again!

5/02/24 8:10pm. 这个地方欺骗了你。Zhège dìfāng qīpiànle nǐ.I know Chinese people like to use the excuse they don't speak English. That's ok. Not ok to use it to take advantage of customers, and that's what they did. The menu price is shown in comparison to the actual price charged. The server can blame the owner he's told to charge for oil. What he doesn't do is warn the customer there's a charge. If he mentions the cost is $1.99 I'll use the one on the table. Sneaky of him to do.The other is the difference between the menu and actual price. They refused to make it right. This is where they blame the language barrier.Spring Rolls usually have shrimp inside. I was given a lettuce roll with a slice of ?If this is your appetizer of choice don't try it here. You're overcharged for lettuce. I am not being hard on them. I am sharing pictures to prove my point. If it wasnt for the peanut sauce I'd pass on them. The rice was good. I'd order it again but not here. The free sauce they give you is what the locals use. It's got a sweet taste which isn't for me.Remember to watch the charges. That's how they scam you.If they hadn't scammed me I overlook the language barrier and the new server. The bilingual kid knows better than to do this. The extra charges merit the ?To the owner, I'm going to report this.
Kid-friendliness: No. Not a place for children.

I like the foods I've tried here but I can't stand their service. I only tip for exceptional service and almost every time I've eaten here the service has been horrible. I have now had the server put in a tip amount on the merchant receipt copy without my authorization and the restaurant manager did nothing about it despite my calling them a couple of times and even showing up to the restaurant to talk with them only to be told the manager was not in. Had to resolve the charges with my bank. Don't bother eating in a place that covers for thieves. It's not a given that you will get a tip so give good service and as to the restaurant, just do better so your employees don't resort to such nasty tactics

The food was delicious, but I threw it all up! Was with a party of three and all of us got sick the moment we left the restaurant. One was sweating and had diarrhea, the other can’t stop throwing up, and I’ve been throwing up. We each had a big bowl of soup and an appetizer platter. Please check your ingredients for freshness. It was a nice experience to have authentic Vietnamese food but I will not be coming back.

I ordered number 17, a large pho soup. But give me a small portion of meat. I feel like a large bowl was a very small vowl pho. I got played. Got less beef meat like a little string of beef. They probably ran out of beef. I ate a lot of pho in my life. i feel like this time, i got ripped off. I'm not coming bacc here again.
