Every time we visit Princeton Station, it becomes even more evident why it's a favorite. Jamie M., our amazing waiter, was largely responsible for our recent dinner's outstanding quality. Her menu expertise and timely service were exceptional. As always, the food was excellent. My ribeye was cooked just the way I liked it, and the wedge salad with steak tips was very good. I sat at the bar and even though it was busy the bartenders were very attentive and so friendly. I’m from out of town, but I could tell they knew the locals names. Good sign, To me that means repeated customers on a regular basis. I can see why.
I had the seafood cakes and let me say I’m a native American fisherman’s daughter from the cape and we know our seafood and how we want it. It did not disappoint.

I want to say I really enjoy the food, so far I have had the prime rib, which was awesome once we got past the fact it was super peppery. Then we came back for the haddock. The fish was great however the Ritz cracker topping was very oily like from the butter that I er powered the haddock itself. Also PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get better quality toilet paper. And place a sign that states to seat yourself
