There's one thing I can't find in Paris (or elsewhere than in the US)... It's Mu Shu Pork...those who've tasted it know what I'm talking about.
Anyway...visiting Chelmsford... Looking for a place for lunch... We decide to go for Chinese.. and come here... And we got it right.
The welcome was heartwarming and the service great... But not as good as the food !
Another indication showing it was the right choice... It was packed... That in itself is an indication of a quality establishment.
I had the opportunity to speak a bit with the managers... Very nice and fun people... Considerate to make you feel at home.

Best Chinese food we’ve ever had! They have authentic dishes with amazing flavors plus Americanized Chinese dishes that taste high quality. Don’t sleep on their cocktails, either! Some of our favorites orders are the Sichuan beef noodle soup, dry fried shredded beef, broccoli with yacai, and the peach Mai tai. The staff are the best, always so friendly and attentive!

This is a great restaurant that has New England style Chinese food and it has many authentic Sezchuan dishes. It has a small bar and a fairly large dining room. It was very clean. The staff were very friendly. What really shocked me was some of the prices. Soups for under $3, Shrimp Dumplings for under $6 and Soup Dumplings for under $7. Everything was amazing. Hot and Sour Soup is delicious with complex flavors and plenty of heat. I love their Soup Dumplings!! Small enough to be a one bite. This way you don't lose the delicious soup inside. If you like good Chinese food, this is it.

The food is delicious and authentic. The restaurant is clean and homie. The two waitresses are super friendly. We ordered 酸菜鱼汤， which is probably the best version I have ever had in North America.
If you are looking for an authentic Chinese Sichuan restaurant, this is your place to go. The food is fresh and tastes very good too. We had dinner and lunch there, the service was great, the waiter was very kind and makes you feel like eating at home. Highly recommend this place and definitely will go back. They also have been innovative to add new dishes very often.

I ordered a few takeaways here. The taste was average and the portion was pitifully small. One portion cost almost 14 yuan. You can increase the price, but what does it mean to give such a small portion? If a restaurant owner is unwilling to feed people, why should he open a restaurant?

Don't go there! First of all, the food isn't fresh. Secondly, when I ordered online, they only informed me that one dish was out of stock when I arrived to pick up my order. Additionally, they refused to refund me the difference. It was truly disappointing and disgusting! Would never come back!
