This is the only Starbucks I ever been to that took over 10 minutes to prepare two hot coffees with only two customers in the store. My son and I. Needless to say I got a refund (minus the tip. Since they claimed they couldn’t refund it) and left.
So for all intents and purposes I went into this Starbucks just to donate money to the inefficient (Hamir/Hameer? I’m looking at you kid) and unprofessional staff.

I went in to buy something as my app said some points 40 or so were expiring today. But once i made the order, the barista was unable to apply those to my order although she is the one that suggested the customizations. She "thought" it should work but it didnt and she didnt know why and I didnt want to hold up the line. So paid for everything and my points expired as well. #annoying

Nick was the only person who greeted me at this location. The barista and the manager Andy didn’t even speak to me, I was very upset and disappointed in the service overall. The only reason I have a 5 star review was because of Nick.

Only one person working for 20 more orders. I have to wait for my 2 drinks 25 minutes...I don't know what is happening with this location. They are usually great. Should not stop here if you don't have time.
This is the first time I’ve been in a dirty Starbucks. Floors were dirty, tables streaked and covered with crumbs, no napkins, trash bins overflowing. Service was very slow with many people waiting. The owner needs to turn his/her attention to this place.

I've seen the ups and downs with this particular Starbucks. It seemed like overall service was improving until my last two times I came in. Customer service 101, acknowledge your customers when they walk up to the service counter. Don't just keep doing what you're doing for 5 or 10 minutes and fail to recognize you have someone at the counter waiting to place an order. Especially when the store clearly isn't busy, learn how to at least acknowledge your customers. If it's busy, just politely let the customer know that you will be with them in a minute. The Manager at this location has dug this place into a hole and is running it terribly now. I very rarely come to this location, and the primary reason is the lack of service. I tend to frequently return places where I receive good service, and unfortunately, this Starbucks location is one I most likely won't return.If you want outstanding and excellent service I suggest the Westford location instead. Employee at that location seem to enjoy what they do and will greet you with a smile most of the time. The management at that location will typically address any issues immediately.
