There is nothing wrong with this location. It's Subway--it's fresh, made in front of you, and reasonably priced for what it is--a chain. Every time I've been here (about 25 times in 4 yrs) my subs are delicious, the food prep area has been clean, the staff always friendly. I'm going to continue getting sandwiches at this location as they deserve my business just as much as any other food place around Chelmsford--where everybody is just trying to make a living.

There were two elderly Indian gentlemen, who lost their minds when we pulled out a discount coupon that we received in our mail. One gentleman instructed the other in Hindi (they didn't realize that we understood Hindi) to put a tiny portion of chicken and everything because we had a coupon. They were also passive aggressive when putting in veggies on the sandwich and at the checkout. Why do you run a franchise when this is your reaction towards someone that shows up with a coupon?

The guy who I believe is the owner, or at least manager of the one I go to is always very friendly, he always washes his hands and puts on a new pair of gloves between each customer. When you ask for double meat he definitely makes the extra like 3$ worth it. There is normally always cookies available, which are delicious! There has been a couple times where I got there at about 8:30pm and the "open" sign was turned off but I still went up to the door because they don't close till 9, and both times it was locked, it was the same worker both times, I was pretty bummed out, but I brought it to the managers attention and it hasn't happened since.

I come to this location pretty often and rarely have a issue or complaint, .. But today one of the new hires sneezed in between making the 2nd sub for my coworker and didn't walk away from the food station or change his gloves. Unfortunately it definitely was a turnoff to our appetites
