An iconic staple to the Chelmsford community. EDIT: I still come by every so often on my rare days off from work. I wanted to add so much more. The staff is kind, leaving a good impression when you first walk in. The atmosphere is relaxing to even the most high strung people. The coffee is 100% always good, I have tried just about every kind and flavor on the menu in the past 5 years. Food is amazing as well. And lastly, love the occasional musicians that come by to perform! Thank you for always being the place to be, Java Room.

I would give 5 stars, but the hours aren’t great. Opening at 8am , in my opinion is too late. A lot of people need to be at work by 8 or earlier so it would be great to be able to grab coffee before hand because their coffee is great. The atmosphere is good , it’s usually busy and there’s live music!

Not only is their food and coffee great but they have a great staff. I just left there and the man helping me behind the counter was amazing at his job. While he was busy and multitasking he was still happy, friendly, personable and took my order right away. Seriously great customer service.
