I was recommended this place from my friend, she goes to the tropical smoothie in Peabody. I had high hopes for this place. I went to the closest one to me. I walked in and everything was okay until this one worker started giving me nasty looks. I ordered the new green dream yogurt and I had high hopes. The girl who took my order had so much attitude. I wanted to ask for the manager, I didn't because I knew if i had she would have made an issue out of it. I was really frustrated because instead of making the food she just sat there talking to one of the other staff members. I had waited around 20/30 minutes waiting and there wasn't any other people in the building and not many mobile orders coming in either. When she went to give me my order she threw it down on the counter. I didn't even want the smoothie bowl anymore i was way too frustrated so I tried a few bites and it wasn't good at all!can't express how angry and annoyed I was with this young girl. She was very skinny, had many many tattoos, all over her arms and even her face, and had dark brown hair. i really hope her manager gives her a chat about her customer service and how to have some work ethic. Awful experience. Food 4/10 Customer service 1/10 DO NOT recommend at all

Service was quick. Prices not bad. Place was clean and well lit. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch with a smoothie. Smoothie is very good. Sandwich was visually not appealing. Sandwich had more lettuce. 1 piece of bacon had very little chicken. First time trying it. Will not be back.
This was my first time here and I was not disappointed. I got the avocado grilled cheese and even though they didn't have the right bread it was still delicious. I also got the peanut butter smoothie which had peanut butter, chocolate, and bananas. You could taste each flavor. It was so good. There was no wait time when I got there but a line formed after me. There is plenty of parking and the service and staff were great.

The sandwich and wrap we bought was very fresh, good service too. The smoothie is slush iced a bit too much so better to drink it after a while.
