😒😒😒The telephone line is not functioning, the website is experiencing issues, and when it does work, orders are not being processed, and this has been an ongoing problem for several months.

I used to eat here but they still didn’t fix their online ordering system. This is the 3 rd time that this happened. You also get charged even though they didn’t accept your order and only get a refund later

We ordered online, waited 1.5 hrs, called multiple times to get an update, no one answered the phone. Extremely disappointing.

I live right now the road and hit up Veneto’s all the time. The foods great and I love supporting local businesses. Keep up the great work!

Bland food that didn’t match description. I used Uber Eats to order the Venetian style pasta because it sounded delicious with ‘sautéed broccoli’ as the first ingredient. Not only was there no broccoli in my pasta, but there was no flavor either, it was basically a bowl of plain noodles.
The garlic bread is fine and the salad was your basic bowl of iceberg with a few cucumber and some cabbage sprinkled on top, but overall this entire meal was disappointing. Would not recommend.

I have been going here pretty regularly for over a year. The pizza and subs/wraps are consistently great. I love those sweet potatoes fries too. Theres a lot of Italian takeout places right around Vinal Square and this is my favorite.

I ordered a traditional cheese and a meat lovers pizza, two waters and a Gatorade, cost me $50. Seems like everyone is going up in price. The pizza is a thin crust over baked style pizza. Was pretty good.

Ordered a plain pizza, emphasizing that it be well done. When we got it home, it was undercooked--not well done, barely done. Called the place and was told "sorry about that."

The pizza consists of tomato soup on Wonder Bread, the customer service is horrible. Other than that, this place is terrific.

Great pizza! My husband and I order pick up from Veneto's every other week, and most of the time it is a really good pizza. Our pizza tonight was beautiful--thin crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and just great flavor. There is very little wait time even on a busy night. Just great pizza! Best pizza around the Chelmsford region! Thank you, Veneto!

Picked up a Veggie Calzone here yesterday for the first time. Delicious, one of the best I've had, all fresh ingredients. Will be going back. Online ordering was smooth as well.

Just got pizza for the 2nd time here and it's perfect again. Best pizza in the area!
