I had a great experience at Bachata Rosa! The atmosphere was nice, and the service was excellent. I didn’t even notice I was charged for a drink that I didn’t get, but the staff handled it with no hesitation. The lady I spoke to was kind and immediately refunded me, which I really appreciated. Great customer service and an overall enjoyable time – I’ll definitely be back!

Food was just ok usually they're pretty good but when I went in some food had some flavor others did not.the service was barely there and was being rushed to order and they were not busy. The atmosphere well it's meh.

Bachata Rosa is okay. The staff were friendly and helpful stars on that. Food was okay. Some of the food was nice and tender and some of the food were dry such as the yuca. I was quite surprised for two small plates came out to be $42 (Legit Downtown Boston prices lol) especially in a working class neighborhood such as Chelsea. So, this is was harmed the experience. There are other competitors nearby, probably will save them as an emergency resort if other Dominican restaurants places are closed.
Parking: Depends on the day. Sometimes there is parking available and other times can be complicated.

The person serving is a hateful Colombian who believes that by making a bad face she will go very far, very very poorly educated, terrible service.
Good tasting food. Dined in and ordered empanadas (beef, chicken), yellow rice with beans, sweet plantains and beef stew (carne guisada). They also have a variety of drinks that you can choose from.

Nice and spacious restaurant .. location is great for me . The staff /order takers was very nice and friendly. I ordered a dinner plate it came with a lot of rice and I got the pepper steak and stew beef . Everything was so delicious and fresh taste like home cooking I enjoyed it very well. I also got the barbecue ribs and some fried plantain and that was very good as well.The ribs fell off the bone and so tender in the sauce on it was so good I recommend the ribs and the fried plantain or fresh fried not too greasy and not too salty I think this place is a lot better than most places in the area for Dominican Spanish food I definitely will be returning

The food is great, however they must work on how they pack the food. The bag every single time ends up wet and a mess. There are other spots in the area that will efficiently wrap it in plastic wrap to avoid that.

Overall food is great but the CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS? yelling at me what I want no hi no by no have a nice day. It’s js get your food n be out. Having a full conversation and not finishing my order.
