Very disappointed. Considering it's the only Boba shop in Chelsea I love to support the business. But this is the fourth time I came in and they never have what I want to order. It's on the menu but everytime I order it they don't have it. So I have to go and order something else. Which I didn't like. Sadly this is my last time visiting.

The boba drinks at this place are phenomenal. In my opinion due to the amount of times I’ve been here, believe that the owner should hire better staff. The girl (Caucasian) and the heavy set male, that work there have zero customer service experience. I’ve given up on greeting that staff due to their horrible attitudes.

Drinks are phenomenal but staff is extremely rude. Went in with my husband and greeted both the young man and woman up front and no response was made. When we received our drinks we thanked them and no response. Their expressions were less than friendly the entire time. Wouldn’t recommend going to this location at all.
