Went there at 10:30 PM after an exhausting flight. Hauled our luggage from Chelsea station only to find the doors inexplicably locked! The posted hours say the dining room is open until 11, and there are even people still eating inside. Upon witnessing our distress, a staff member just rudely gestured towards the drive-thru window with zero explanation! Now we'll be hungry for an entire night. Thanks Burger King!

BEST BURGER KING EVER. I love this place so much, I go there every week. The staff is nice and they usually always get my order right. Although there are sometimes a few homeless people there that are always asking for money for food ,I try to ignore them. The inside is always very clean, especially the bathrooms, like I said,very good.

Idk if only one drive thru worked but sat there for a minute before another car pulled to the other and was helped immediately (put a sign or something) Then got rushed through order with noone in line, order was missing stuff and just sucked. Looked like a full staff and I've gotten better service at bks with one worker and a full line. It's burger king so not expecting a Michelin star but y'all just aren't trying over here
