Placed a order had missing idems and the employees did nothing about it fries were cold aswell

Shit service, we ordered a delivery the woman said it would arrive in 1 hour and they kept us waiting for almost 2 hours and when I called asking about the food they said there was no order for us….

I ordered take out for an Event at MGH in Chelsea and I order almost $100 worth of food and they couldn't even give me plates the women said they charge for the plates are you serious? This will be the last time I order anything from here .

I bought a large minced disc but what they gave me was a bunch of bananas and a few cucumbers, they weren't even worth putting chips in, none of that, what really makes for a good minced meat, the meat was like it was stewed, not roasted, it's unfortunate what you're doing. People deceive their customers, that's why many establishments go bankrupt for not providing a service in the food, they say a large bite and what is a small aluminum container, that doesn't work. I will never buy more food in that establishment. $37 for something that wasn't even worth it. the penalty

Worst Pupusas ever. Tasted like they were done the night before and they just heated them up. No cheese oozing out, no soft hand made tortilla. They were hard and would tasted very bland. The sauce also was gross nothing fresh.

They blatantly steal from you extra when they charge you to pick up, you pay an amount and they charge you more, for a simple pick up service, it seems shameless to me and they get angry when you complain to them.. Shameful Restaurant.

Be careful in that restaurant, they rob you by charging you too much when you pay with your debit, be careful you pay one amount and then another comes out in your bank, the waitresses put tips on the receipts themselves, this is blatant theft, they made me buy it to pick up, and $13 tip was prescribed without me having put anything in. To collect food do they charge you that amount? They are thieves!!

Unbelievable hidden gem. Domt liss this place if you're in the area. Food is amazing, the staff are so kind and attentive. I'll be in wbery time I'm in Chelsea!! The bill for a burrito, rice and beans was just $10!! Unbelievable
