Chelsea Station Restaurant Bar & Lounge

After 3 days of lackluster customer service at car rentals, hotels and restaurants (the kind where you have to track down silverware and plates to consume the food that has been placed in front of you) our experience here deserved a fabulous review. From the time we were greeted, to being seated and on our way out the door late on a Monday night, the experience was marvelous! Our server, Nate made great recommendations and was enthusiastic about our order, unobtrusively kept the water glasses filled and had the delicate balance of checking on us mastered.The unexpected star of our meal was the roasted beet and faro salad, although the pretzel and poutine were not far behind. The food was so good we even forgot about the beautiful cocktails we were having. Although we arrived an hour before closing, we were never rushed. Two weary travelers were cared for, served fabulous cocktails and delicious food in a timely manner so that we could return to our room to get ready for a morning flight. Highly recommend this establishment.

I didn't know what to expect when I first arrived at Chelsea Station, but I was absolutely blown away! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing evening out. The service was top-notch; the staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The bar selection is unlimited—so many amazing options to choose from! And the food? Simply excellent. Every dish we tried was flavorful and beautifully presented. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience!

Parking: Parking was extremely convenient compared to most places in the surrounding area, which made the whole experience even better.

So disappointed. This was one of the only brunch places near our Airbnb. Very cool atmosphere but that didn’t make up for the food which was just not acceptable. Deviled eggs were rubbery, breakfast sausage was so bad.. like maybe the meat had turned gray-type taste, the waffles turned to chalk in your mouth and nearly too dry to swallow. The breakfast spring rolls were soft/soggy and filled with that bad sausage. We maybe ate 20% of our shared food but was never asked if there was a problem until we were walking out the door. The gentleman asked for honesty so we told him politely the issues. He was open to the feedback which we appreciated, however no one offered to take anything off our check and we’re not ones to demand that so.. hopefully they get better over time.

Jalen was an amazing waiter and even made me honey mustard! Great mocktails and food. Very impressed with their red quinoa burger. Yum!! Fish tacos were great too! Was curious about the peanut butter and chocolate fried bread pudding and it didn't disappoint.

A lot different from the last time I came. The quality of the food went down hill. It felt like a lot of shortcuts are taken now. Had the lobster BLT with fries. If that wasn't canned lobster and frozen fries then I must be crazy.

I’ve been coming here for birthdays a few years in a row. Service is absolutely horrible today. No excuse for it. If you can’t serve 40 people, stop letting people into the restaurant. Not coming back here for any large gathering, or probably at all.
