I grew up going to Chili's and hadn't been in a while so I was so excited to visit again and satisfy my Molten Lava Cake craving. Service was super friendly and attentive and it was nice to see that the servers didn't seem miserable.
My partner and I split the Ultimate Cajun Pasta and a basket of six Chicken Crispers. This was way too much for the both of us as we also finished a whole basket of their free chips and salsa.
I didn't get a picture of the cake because I immediately dug in but I was so happy with my dining experience.

I am truly satisfied with the excellent service I received from Jacky at Chili's. I can say she is one of the best servers! Her recommendations are always the best! Today she recommended the combo and I was absolutely delighted. To my husband, she recommended a strawberry margarita with Patron tequila, and it is delicious! We will return for her! :)

Our server was terrible. I had to remind him twice to bring the rest of our food. I ordered the 3 for me but he did not bring my soup until I reminded him about it, which he replied "oh yeah." Ordered a side of broccoli for my son and had to remind him to bring that too.
He never came by to refill our drinks, he was usually leaning against the wall by the computer with the other servers. The restaurant was not busy while we were there. We even had to get his attention to let him know that we were ready to pay our bill. This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced and have no desire to return to Chili's

Not what I expect from chili's. Food was disappointing. Definitely not fresh. The drinks were watered down poorly made. My drink was 70% ice and it didn't even taste good.
Most of all, the Lack of professionalism is dismaying.
I definitely would not go back.

I’ve now been at this location multiple times and i’ve never had a bad experience with any of the staff or the foods there.
Overall the food is pushed out at a good pace and it always comes out nice and hot. Appetizers always come out really early in order to give you some time for the main meal.
The staff has always been really friendly and service is always a 5/5.
I’ve been here with family and we’ve always enjoyed our time, and I can say the same whenever my friends want to try out their Triply Dipper again and again.
