Today, my sisters and I wanted to spend some quality time together, so we decided to have lunch at Chili’s in Chelsea. Unfortunately, what should have been a pleasant experience turned into a very upsetting one. While we were eating, a man approached our table and began verbally harassing us with racist comments, telling us to “go back to our country.” He also took pictures of us without our consent.
What made the situation even more disappointing was the lack of support from the restaurant staff. No one initially intervened, and one waitress even implied that because it was a public place, it was acceptable for him to take photos of us. It was only after I personally called the police that any action was taken. Had I not done so, nothing would have been done at all.
This experience was deeply distressing, and I am extremely disappointed by how the situation was handled. No customer should ever feel unsafe or disrespected while dining at a restaurant.

The service was excellent. Entree arrived while I was still eating my appetizer, just how I like it. The food and cocktails were average, nothing amazing or terrible. The southwestern egg rolls are my favorite. The blackberry margarita needed a bit more alcohol. The atmosphere was nice, overall a nice experience. I would pull up again.

went yesterday on a Friday night it was quite busy there was one host but she made sure we got our table fast and quick and our server Jackie was attentive

Went there 9:15 on a day that closes 11. They told us they are doing last call and didn’t give us a table. We ended up at a much better restaurant that night.

Put in a reservation and was told that I’d have to wait 15-30 mins. Walked around the shopping plaza and was notified my table was ready at 7:11PM, I walked back at 7:16PM and was told that my table was given away… They’re strict over here at Chelsea lol no other restaurants I’ve been to has done that. Weird.
Alyssa was amazing! She was so so helpful and welcoming. She honestly made our experience at chilis phenomenal. She definitely deserves all of the hype!

Great service and really quick. Do like the automated screen service next to the table that you can pay your bill and leave instead of waiting for your server for a while.

Wanted to use my birthday award. Had to spend $5 or more. I would have been pretty upset to pay $17 for the tiny serving of loaded mac and cheese and slice of dessert. Both were very very small.
