Lady who worked there was rude as hell. Yelling at every costumer. I get it if you’re having a bad day or if a customer gives you attitude to begin with but no one did anything for her to lash out on us. She’s lucky I’m laid back because if it was anyone else I’m sure they would’ve said or done something else to her. I’m sorry but that was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in Dunkin. The other workers were nice, just the old lady with a long braid that has an issue with everyone. PS: if you’re getting orders on the big screen & you DON’T want costumers to take the receipts then put a sign on it telling customers to not take it. Mad confusing. 2/10.

This Dunkin' Donuts has gone downhill really really bad. I come here nearly everyday by now A lot of the workers know my order. I keep it simple and never a hassle. I always order black coffee. Why is it that the workers never care to listen to the customer who's PAYING by the way.. they never care to listen and still dump almost a gallon of cream/milk in my coffee. I am lactose intolerant like I have issues when I Ingest dairy. So I don't know why the workers get an attitude WHEN THEY GOT THE ORDER WRONG and put so much cream in my coffee that it was WHITE. The girl then tells me I asked for cream after I told her NO. I said No cream and 3 sugars. I order here EVERYDAY! Literally. She then gets an attitude because I tell her no I said no cream she then rolls her eyes snatches the coffee of my hand and re makes it with the worst attitude ever seriously it ruined my whole day because I did nothing wrong. Do better dunks. How is it that I'm coming into your establishment and I get my order wrong because your employee did not hear correctly or didn't pay attention or she just simply doesn't care and doesn't do the drinks as requested because this is becoming a problem when I get my drink, not the way I requested it because your employees simply don't care and just want people to leave so they do the coffee however, they feel like it and they don't listen to the customer. It's been over a couple times now when I order my coffee black and I get a coffee with a whole bunch of cream like all jokes aside it's not funny anymore. I am literally lactose intolerant. I cannot ingest dairy and I don't wanna keep telling you guys .. you guys got my order wrong because I don't wanna feel like the bad guy but this is seriously getting out of hand now especially when it's your employees getting the order wrong and they're the ones getting mad when I correct them I'm the one that's paying shouldn't I be getting my order correctly?

It hurts that I have to do a review on this Dunkin’ Donuts. This is a place that I visit frequently and I normally don’t have any problems with the staff or how my coffee is made. I decided to get some coffee today. It’s much later than usual that I’m getting the coffee and decided to go to my usual place. Lo and behold. It was the most horrible experience I have received and only order a large iced coffee. There were only two cashiers there, and neither one of them knew how to make the new mocha cold brew coffee being advertised that I requested. I have had this coffee two times before this visit today. It was made wrong, tasted disgusting and was thrown away twice. At that point I was frustrated and had the cashier make me a regular cold brew , even though I was charged on my card for the other coffee that cost more. When I asked the gentleman to make a regular iced cold brew he had an attitude and started slamming some things around and the other cashier was talking to him in another language, I believe Arabic and I can tell by her tone she was talking negative about me. So I then told him he could give me a refund if he had a problem making the coffee. He quickly threw the new order of coffee together which was a simple mocha and caramel swirl instead of the new mocha cold brew. I was never offered a refund for the extra money that was paid for the other order and left very disappointed. The reason for this bad review. Dunkin Donuts please hire and make sure your employees know the ingredients and how to make your meals and drinks for your patrons cause your the only one losing out. Starting out with this bad review and those ignorant employees will just find another job without a care.
