Got a toasted bagel, it was so hard to bite into had to throw away and at 5:30 AM. Was going to return for a refund but the attitudes on their faces was not worth it.

The place was very packed and the wait time was a bit long but the service was lovely! I have no idea what her name is but the new girl who started working there either a month or 2 ago, with dark curly or Afro like hair, who wears glasses I believe, is the sweetest and so polite!!
The matcha was ok though.

This is an elite Dunks. Mobile orders are always ready on time. No watered down iced tea here - super dark + strong brews every time! Their sandwiches are HOT, melty, fresh, and even their everything bagels are amazing (some Dunks everything bagels can't really be called that when they barely have toppings on them). Hash browns hot, crispy, not soggy, not burnt. Just absolutely perfect. I only regret not coming here regularly sooner. BEST DUNKS!!!!!!!

The staff there are pleasant, helpful, and kind, but the franchise owners sadly not run the organization well, and told my car, despite having all of the signs laying flat on the ground.
