I had a bad experience in this place with a man who works there, I don't know if he is the manager or what, but he didn't have a uniform or his name. But he treats the staff and customers badly, it's very disgusting.

My food was all thrown in my bag not even put together food was done like their faces you can tell they did it without wanting to make my food. It’s sad cuz I go here all the time this isn’t the first or the second or the third it has been many times and I still go but enough is enough I pay for my food etc for it to be given to me that way unacceptable I hope none else gets there food this way pls be better it’s food do it like your going to give to your mom your grandma.

Rude workers. A worker made a rude comment about my dog while I was in there for all but 10 seconds picking up my mobile order. Was not necessary and I wasn’t asking of anything from him therefore the comment was uncalled for.

The manager was at the window again this morning and I absolutely understand that everyone has a bad day maybe even 2 bad days in a row. But this guy is always rude and if you ask him as my mother in law did this morning to put money on her card he got even more pissy and rude. Now mind you she goes there everyday and spends at the least $20.00, and tips everyday. This guy is an awful manager and clearly doesn't belong dealing people in the food industry. Actually he shouldn't be dealing with people at all!!

It's unfortunate that this is the Dunkin' on my route because they don't care there. I always ask for the midnight because I like the taste, and they never have it brewed. They then lie and say they will brew it and it will take 5-10 minutes, but by the time I'm at the window it's ready. They just pour espresso into a regular coffee or sometimes water, it seems. This is so annoying. I can't wait for the Starbucks to open around the corner so I can stop coming to this place.

Check your order if you're going here. I've been here twice and both times they've forgotten to give me the croissant I ordered for my kid. These weren't large orders either, they were 3 items each. I checked the receipt, and they definitely charged me for them, but it wasn't worth my time to drive back for a $2 croissant.

I had to choose this place because it was close to my house. But after today, I will never visit this place again. Definitely the worst Dunkin' branch in America! The employees do not speak English and you spend minutes trying to order. Everyone acts as if they are going to beat you. Everyone is so rude. It's like They act as if they are forced labor. And today they forgot the cheese in my cream cheese bagel and I will leave the grille cheese I bought here and the size of the grille cheese I bought, just look at the photo! It's a shame for my money! I think a big and beloved brand like Dunkin Donut's should immediately take care of the employees of this branch.
