The lady at the drive through is AWFUL! So rude. We went at 10:30am, no one in line. When we pulled up we said one second to decide what to order. Over the next 30 seconds she responded “hello?” every 5 seconds. When we said we need a minute she responded with “we don’t have time for that”. So we left. She sucks. Definitely needs an attitude check or it’s time for a replacement.

I ordered an ice coffee and I was about to take a sip then I noticed spit at the top 🤢. I guess I should’ve known something like this was going to happen because the manager ( I think his name was mario? ) was giving me a bad attitude.

When I do decide to stop for a quick breakfast in the morning I always choose this dunkin' donuts on Eastern Ave and Chelsea I live in Revere and I still rather go to the one in Chelsea because the food is always hot and fresh the coffee's always just the way I want it and they're so efficient I'm literally in there for 2 minutes and I'm out no matter how many people in front of me and above all their nice kind people thought I'd share my experience.

As a regular who justs gets a hot coffee at this location in the morning, I opened the lid and I saw multiple white dots on my coffee. I used a spoon in my car to mix it but it was a sticky consistency!!!!????🤮 Never coming back here

They’re mad rude especially the old lady in the drive-through. She said I ordered too much stuff at window. I said oh can I please get whipped cream on my coffee and said no I ordered too much stuff and it was just two drinks two avocado toast, a chocolate doughnut and egg and cheese croissant like is that not your job? As if I was asking too much because I was trying to get help with the new pumpkin drink and just ask her if it tasted good and What other swirls I can add to the drink

Hot food not worth ordering at this location- they don't even heat it up/toast it all the way. Maybe the machines broken?
Drinks are still good though.
Blame management- this location is almost always understaffed. Workers barely able to keep up with online orders and walk-in customers regularly waiting several minutes to order while staff trying to take care of drive through.
People often walk out while waiting in line here.
Pay the people who work here more. They keep the lobby clean and most staff are usually friendly.

My husband and I were greeted with one very rude employee immediately. When saying we needed just a moment to decide our order, we were told they were on a timer (???). About 3-5 seconds passed and we were asked “hello?” twice. After I ordered, they got my order incorrect. As we pulled out of this Dunkin we saw a new one across the street. We came in, explained our experience, and the worker was very receptive and made me a new drink instantly. Go to the other location nearby!

Disappointing Experience with Rude Service
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I had to return to the store because one of the donuts in my order had been poked. When I originally ordered at the drive-thru around 6:45 a.m., the person taking my order misunderstood me. I asked for a dozen donuts, but he thought I said half a dozen. When I clarified my order, he immediately became rude and completed the transaction with a bad attitude.
6:45 a.m. is far too early to be treating customers with such impatience—especially from someone representing the store.
When I went back to exchange the damaged donut and address the poor service, I asked for the name of the person who took my order. The staff member gave it to me, but then the manager, in a rude manner, interrupted and said he was the one who took my order and that it was all recorded (I am glad it is recorded for costumer servise experience review). I then asked for his name so I could include it in my complaint, but he refused and said there was no need to give his name because he is the only manager at that location 356 Eastern Ave, Chelsea, MA.
When I told him I would be filing a complaint, he told me to call the number posted at the door. I called while still in the store, but there was no live person available—only a voicemail system. I left a message.
Overall, I am very disappointed by the service and attitude I received. I won’t be returning to this store.

I’ve gone to many other Dunkin’s but this is by far the only time I’ve had issues more than once i often go to this Dunkin in the morning but today I decided to go in the afternoon since there is a park nearby but i was met with such a rude female employee who seemed to be in her 40’s she got my order wrong in the drive through so i went inside to correct it and she was working the cash register. I patiently waited for her to finish up with the client she had in front and when she was done, I went and told her about how my order was incorrect, and I had already paid and I showed her my receipt and everything and she was very condescending she rolled her eyes at me as if I hadn’t paid and I feel like it was it might’ve been racially motivated apart from this my order took a very long time, even though there was nobody inside and I was told it’s very busy right now.

Recommended dishes: Dunkin' Refreshers
I went to this dunkin a few minutes ago. I went through the drive through and got 4 refreshers but only received 3 I went inside after being told to wait a few minutes in the pick up spot. There was a very rude lady in the front who I spoke with about not having received my full order she said I had only ordered 3 and I thought maybe there was a miscommunication so I reordered the missing refresher just for her to throw my receipt at me even though I had repaid for something that I had already paid for since ons of the other employes remembered that i had gone through the drive through. I was forced to pay twice and didn't even get my money back. Overall she was terribly rude and im not good at confrontations so i left. I'm just leaving this review as a warning for others if they end up coming here and meeting this woman

Dear Dunkin’ Donuts Management,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your [this location] on the morning of [5/29/2025]at 9:43 Am
I ordered a flavored coffee and a croissant through the drive-thru. When I received my coffee, I noticed that the flavor syrup was not properly mixed—it was all at the bottom, which made the drink unpleasant. I politely pointed this out to the employee, expressing that I value quality and expect well-prepared coffee.
To my surprise, instead of addressing my concern professionally, the staff member responded with frustration and told me, “Next time, make your coffee at home.” I found this response extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy, not sarcasm or hostility.
I hope you take this feedback seriously. I believe in supporting local businesses, but basic respect and customer service should never be compromised. I trust that this issue will be looked into, and that necessary steps will be taken to ensure better experiences in the future. I ordered a flavored coffee and a croissant through the drive-thru.
