They never get my ice coffee right, I tell them the way I like it and still get it right I have to show a picture of the drink to get right,I stop buying coffee because I loved the picture had to use to get it

Looks like they don’t realize what’s rush hour. Been waiting for 20 minutes just to reach to the register to order, while there are two person in front of me. Though they mentioned they are updating their system that’s quite a long wait.
This Dunkin Donuts is inside Tedeschi's in there's a smaller variety and you can't sit but the coffee is a lot better here than in a full Dunkin Donuts quote restaurant. Recommend making a quick stop here if you want a coffee it's strong like a cup of coffee should be. If you need something else you can get it two steps away in the convenience store at Tedeschi's they are separate but in the same building

I was greeted by a rude employee this morning. I wasn't even told hello just kind of yelled at. I asked for whipped cream and was yelled and told I had to be charged...i didn't care I just wanted it the way I wanted it. Then another employee was taking my order and the other "manager" I assume was yelling the opposite of what the guy tending to me was telling me. It was such an overwhelming experience and I dont like to be talked down to. I ordered two coffees and I had to ask for a tray. They also didn't give me the 2 donuts I ordered. This place is a sinking ship. I'll never go here again. They charge more and treat their customers like garbage.
