Worst service we have had in a Dunkin’ Donuts. The place closes at 8pm, we arrived at 7:15pm, the lady in the counter acted like she was doing us a favor by taking our order. The nagging, complaining and frowns got worse with every item we added. No wonder the place was empty when we arrived. I give 2 stars since the food did not disappoint.

One of the ladies that works there always has a bitter face (she doesn’t have to smile but if looks could kill) and it is not as if it was busy. I was the only one in there. Then I get the loaded potatoes and there is a speck of cheese. I also got a chipotle loaded potato and it had no cheese and barely any chipotle sauce. At least she makes the coffee good.

They need to hire people with brains. Every single time I order a sandwich with extra egg on uber eats it NEVER has the extra egg.
Your job is not that hard I promise you. I used to do it. Take a deep breath and make the damn sandwich the way it was ordered. You’re working at probably one of the easiest jobs America has to offer. Extra egg isn’t that difficult to read.

Lady’s seem nice they’re so very very slow to actually get to making the orders. I went in when it was completely empty and I watched as they talked and joked as I stood there waiting, I had to eventually talk to one of the supervisors to get my order made since they all seems to had “forgotten”

I track down the Dunkin' Hot Chocolet in every city I visit, I love it, it makes the perfect complement to watch the snow fall from the Cristal window, whether buying and taking, enjoying it right there from one of their always welcoming establishments or better yet, ordering from home, that hot chocolate from Donkin' "Warm up your winter."
